Some of the people featured were: Todd English (why does he always look like he's in the middle of a 3-day drunk?). Todd's scenes with his head chef made it look like he can be a bastard - we'll see if they show that. Next are these abhorrent twins, the Koch brothers, who are starting up a pretentious venue in a fancy hotel. There's a blonde 25 year old who owns several bakeries, but complains how horrible it is to be pretty, young and blonde in business. No one takes her seriously and she has to be a bitch. Waaah. The one tolerable one so far is the female heir to the Chef Boyardi fortune. Her main problem is her relationship with her old school Italian mother, who criticizes when the daughter strays from the old country way of cooking. There are a few others, but the ones I mentioned made my blood boil the most.
A lot of it looks scripted (one Koch twin trying to get the nerve to tell his GF that they can't go on vacation cause he scheduled the new restaurant opening the same week was really DRAMATIC). If I tune in again, it will be to snark and hate watch.
