although I don't understand why Glinda would send Dorothy to the Wizard for help if she knew all along he was just a fraud.
From what I remember, Glinda knew all along that Dorothy could go home by just clicking her heels together and saying, "There's no place like home" but she didn't tell Dorothy this until the end of the movie. Maybe pointless quests are her specialty?
Or Glinda used Dorothy as a hitman.
