Biingo annoys. I don't care how they show me this kid, all I see if a future 40yr old douche living in his parents basement never coming close to getting any ass.

May I elaborate on my bitchfest about Gina? OK they were all facing various restaurant related temptations, my problem with her is that she was again the martyr, the poor soul at whom the evil waitress foisted evil food. I've been there and gotten chicken with no cheese. Eaten delicious fresh salsa with no chips (good on cucumber etc) and there are tossed salads with no dressing, or lemon/lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, whatever you want; and what bugs me is that unless she's mentally deficient, she knows that she could have ordered that way. It's not a fucking secret. But then she couldn't be the poor me, and where'd be the drama. I tried to like her, but tonight was it for me. Fuck her. Sorry, for the language; I rarely say that, but yeah, here, it applies.

Gina with her, "I can't think of 4 other people I would want to do this with" crap, are you kidding me?? That woman is a LIAR.
Alex looked AWESOME! And she smiled a whole bunch. Good for you, girl!
They spanxed those kids to within an inch of their lives for the "meet Tim Gunn" segment. Holy COW.
Makeover week was WASTED on Bingo. Could he have made any more stupid faces? Is this kid afraid of EVERYTHING new? New clothes, oh no! Vegetables, run AWAY! I wanted to smack him.
While trying on clothes: Lindsay looked cute, and Danni looked great! Sunny tried on one top with a lace collar that looked more appropriate for her mom. Joe looked fantastic! Jackson looked stupid. Jeff was fine.
Reveals: Eh. None were super thrilling. Then I fast-forwarded through much of the speechifying at home. *yawn*
Gina, sending food back doesn't make you ungracious. Just don't be a jerk about it. I send food back and I am never a jerk about it, and I never get a hassle. Sheesh.
Joe has a twin brother! And he looks awesome! And he DID IT AT HOME. Take that, Cult of Bob members! YOU DON'T NEED THE RANCH.
Weigh-in: Ali, what the HELL did they make you wear? Burn it. Bob was a lumberjack. Jillian looked great in skinny jeans, and Dolvett was rockin' the vest. The contestants had brand new Spanx tops to wear.
Fast-forwarded through much of the weigh-in, and definitely anything Gina-related. Sadly, she also got immunity. Sigh.
As they were walking out, I kind of hoped Jeff would put her into a headlock.
Previews: What the heck is Bob bawling about now? And I am looking forward to the end of this season.

Danni - wow. She looked amazing. Although, didn't she look surprisingly....small....in that split second glimpse of a photo with her father? I'd hate to think she piled on the pounds in the hope of getting on this show when she wasn't heavy to begin with (we've all heard those rumors before about some previous contestants). Anyhoo - I cried with her at the skinny jeans moment.
The three J boys - don't really care much.
I think Jeff has a whole other thing going on when he's not on the ranch that doesn't quite add up - makes you wonder exactly how he is pulling these huge numbers away from the ranch. Hmmm...
Joe - so under the radar that I didn't even realize he was a twin. Awesome that his brother is doing so well too. Interesting dynamic there.
Jackson - why did they give you the haircut from the Jerry Maguire kid? Really?
Don't care about the kids - but was it really necessary to show Biiiiiiiingo's equally annoying sister's very large white tight clad legs on the sofa that way? I felt they were coming out the screen to attack me.
Love Tim Gunn. But FTLOG Ken whatever has to go. He absolutely ruined every female's hair. Just ick. Three out of the four of them had gorgeous hair to start with and he just hacked and colored and icked them all out. Not much you can do with Gina's hair though (which looked quite lopsided when it wasn't "done" - Supercuts could have done a better bob).
Oh yeah, Bob - what the effin hell was that serial killer/lumberjack thing he had going on?
Is Dolvett not allowed to speak? If so, can he stand there shirtless?
Jillian - your hair in the TH was very pretty - don't ever let Ken whatever touch it.

Jackson's hair looked great when the stylists had it, but he looked like a fat cartoon chicken at the weigh-in.
The kids are all too 'soundbite ready' to be believable, and hearing kids moralise to their parents about how they've changed and seen the light is ridiculous. And they're all still fat. I can barely see a difference in any of them.
The histrionics about eating at restaurants.. spare me! 'OMG how will I resist this food I'm right now calling disgusting, yet I find myself terrified that I might accidentally load it onto my fork and stuff it into my mouth??'. What a terrible dysfunctional message to the viewers: No indulgence, ever. Slippery slope and all that...
And I loooove watching them all try to act like super-trainers to their contractually-obliged-to-appear extended family members, while they shout platitudes about believing!!! and being motivated!!! etc., when they were completely incapable of following their own empty advice up until they had someone to shout at them for 8 hours a day while being locked away from the real world to achieve their 'success'. And a massive monetary incentive to get of their butts. Yeah, so inspiring!
I will give Gina credit for knowing she won't win a vote. She is crafty, I'll give her that. I do love that she's really playing - looking weak while stealthily kicking ass. I think she's probably a pretty formidable lawyer.

"Cartoon chicken" make me spit my fresca.
This is really mean, but I'm in a mood so I'll type it; Mr. Ari was watching with me for once in a blue moon and when Sunny was on the bed chatting with the, "friends," Mr. Ari said, "What'd ya wanna bet Sunny's never set eyes on those chicks before that filming". Yeah, it's mean; but I did wonder the same thing.
And who wants to bet that Beano will be wearing a hoody.... fulltime.... when he's 40... in his parents' basement.

Maybe it's just me.
I loooooooooooved the first shirt that Danni tried on with Tim Gunn - that shimmery loose tank top. She's really starting to become drop-dead gorgeous. Her hair, in particular, after the makeover... I want it.
Not surprised everyone got immunity, but it does seem awfully early to have the finale in two weeks! This show has always gone into May. I wonder why it's so much shorter?

Word!!! I also that it was interesting that Gina, Jeff, and Jackson were barely exercising with their groups. Olivia is still obnoxious. I was surprised that "Journey" from season 11 did not show up with Marci.
Biingo is the younger version of Jackson. Jeff's family buys him exercise equipment. Seriously...
I also question those girls being friends with Sunny. Another stupid phony attempt to spread the BL inspired contestant message. *Gag me* Get the shovel and boots out to dig through the manure.
I call total bs on the whole episode. I seriously hope that Jackson or Jeff end up on the vote off with Gina. None of those three nitwits deserve to win.
Two weeks left of this crappy season!!!

NO, she didn't specifically "order" those items/ingredients, but she damn well knew that that's how they're served when one orders a certain entrée.
To be fair, I think they actually did bring her the wrong plate. She looked at it and was thinking, I did not order any of this! Then the waitress took it back and brought her a bowl of what looked like much fresher ingredients. So I don't think it was "I ordered this entree but not to these specifications," I think it was, "I ordered a salad and you brought me beans and cheese."

I didn't see it that way about Gina's "order." It smacked of a setup to me. Gina knew what she was doing, imo. She's annoying as all hell, but not stupid. Also, as an aside, been to the restaurant many times. Special dietary/allergy needs are welcomed/easily addressed there. YMMV
Danni may indeed have the hots for Joe or vice versa. If so, well, good for them.

Who's the dolt who cast Biingo? Ugh, what a waste of (my) time. He seems like he's absorbing nothing. He says he's spent the last couple years in cargo shorts and a hoodie. Methinks more like basketball shorts (with forgiving elastic).
When I saw Gina's family, I wondered if they were secretly enjoying the time without her. Just because you love someone doesn't mean you enjoy your life with them.
Joe, bring back the facial hair.

Thanks. I got the lumberjack thing right off, and I knew it wasn't quite "mountain man," but you've nailed it.Oh yeah, Bob - what the effin hell was that serial killer/lumberjack thing he had going on?
With Alison, I was thinking I'd love to see Tabatha doing an evaluation of the person who cut her hair.
So what is this message, that if your friend needs to lose weight, you tell them? That has not, does not work.
I'm hoping too that Joe and Danni make the guaranteed spots.
I wanted to put Jackson, Gina, Jillian and Bob in a room, and let 'em see who outtalk the rest. I ff though Jillian now.

Oh, so much word. Not only for the obvious reasons of that being inappropriate AND ineffective (for those who may need to lose weight -- they already know that about themselves.) The message blows. And not all people have a beneficial motive in their "heart to heart" talks. So what is this message, that if your friend needs to lose weight, you tell them? That has not, does not work.

On another note -- Gina's husband looks really young -- too young to be the father of her children. Was there a back-story I missed that this is her second, younger husband?

Personally, I loved Danni, Lindsey and Sunny's new looks. I think it made the girls look like girls and it made Danni look much more put together. And to the person who wanted to know why they made Jackson look like the kid from Jerry Maguire, I was thinking he actually reminded me of Chicken Little.
EDIT: I did catch a shot of blonde weight lifter from last season at Jackson's speechifying and she looked (for at least two seconds anyway) like she had kept the weight off.

1) You do not say to the waitress, "Do you really think I'd order this?"
2) You do say, "I'm sorry, I didn't order this meal. There must have been some mistake. Could you please bring me my (state what you did order)? Thank you."
I actually hope that Either Joe or Danni makes it to the final, not both. That way, one of them can win the Biggest Loser prize, and the other can win the At Home prize. Otherwise, one of them will lose all together.

Sorry. I'll now thrash myself for saying that.
Being chosen as the "hometown" dining establishment for the likes of Gina and national tv, .... well... good way to take a shot at a business.
And imo some people can enjoy a bit of cheese without eating a pound of it or without eating it every day. Read what you're ordering or order, as mentioned above, politely make it clear what you want and how you want it.
Gracious my rockin', smokin', voluminous ass.

Didn't Jackson and Jeff both say they were looking forward to the makeover so they could get rid of the fuzz on their faces? And then, after they were made clean shaven they grew the stubble right back. Because apparently they believe that using a razor adds weight.
Jeff is 25, lives in his parents home and has no plans of moving out. Why else would his parents invest in turning their basement into his personal gym? And Jackson bitches out his mother (while still living in her house) for not stocking the food he wants? How about finding an actual job instead of being a volunteer and buying your own food?
The kids have turned into a complete waste of time. It's hard to tell if they've lost any real weight, the scenes with their "peers" are very poorly staged and Noah is just plain annoying, obviously angling for a reality TV gig.
I think the problem with this show is it's played out. Last season we blamed the excessive game-playing. This season there's not as much gaming going on (except when the cameras aren't on Noah) but the season still stinks. The problem is watching people lose huge amounts of weight is only interesting for so long. For a while they tried to keep recruiting heavier and heavier contestants which resulted in a finale with people who looked like a before picture. They've cut down on the unbelievably obese people but there's only so many times you can show people falling off of treadmills and puking in buckets. Bob and Jillian are completely insufferable at this point and Dolvett barely exists for large stretches of time. It might be time to put this puppy to rest.

I also understand the need to ban all bad habits. You cannot teach them small indulgences. You cannot teach them to eat "normally." These folks are food addicts. They are compulsive and do not have the ability to control themselves with food. It's similar to an alcoholic. A person would never go to an alcoholic and say, "Here, just have one drink! It won't hurt you!" Or attempt to teach an alcoholic to drink socially like everyone else. Same concept here.
These people are being taught that they have lost control over their eating. The theory is, if they're allowed one small bite of chocolate cake, the compulsive behavior will bring them right back and they'll eat the entire thing. So, they must refrain from all of it. There really is no middle ground or "normal" for compulsive people.
I understand it's difficult to understand for some folks, especially if you do not have compulsive behaviors.
On another note, at least Gina is self-aware. You're correct, we will not vote for you.

The makeovers were very under whelming. Danni had beautiful color hair, a touch of color to punch up the color would have been great, why do they always insist on making brunettes blonde?
The kids, THEY LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME. Them talking about how they've seen the light and get it now and how they now feel great was laughable. They look EXACTLY the SAME.

I assumed that was a setup. His mom could barely keep from laughing/smiling, and I have a hard time believing there wouldn't be ANY veggies in the house. I think they were looking for a way to highlight how much Jackson knew and to show how to shop differently.

Agree that the restaurant scenes were staged. Gina could have been more polite.
How come Danni worked her two jobs while at home?
Jackson is likable and annoying at the same time. (Just can't decide.)
Loved Danni's hugging Dolvett after her weigh-in. It was one moment that wasn't staged.

I was about to ask the exact same thing. Bih-ingo had always seemed to be presented like an only child. And did I imagine this, or did he mention something about his sister "coming downstairs" to talk to him--suggesting that she's living upstairs in the main house while Bih-ingo and their parents occupy that basement apartment?Did we know that Bingo has a sister? She seemed to come out of left field.
And that boy does not look 13. I'd peg him for seven if I had to guess. Poor Tim Gunn. No amount of fashion can "make it work" for this kid.
Danni looked fantastic. I'd love to see her take the big prize this season.

Anyway, having never watched another season, but being an avid Survivor watcher/film and TV scholar, I thought I would briefly discuss the chances of winning, based on editting.
Gina: IDK really what to think of her edit. I think she's actually been editted fairly positively, especially in the past few episodes (and even had a short redemption arc after her huge blow-up at Joe/Bob). We viewers can tell she's a sanctimoneous bitch, but I feel like the editting/the trainers/host, etc want us to see her as a nice person. They just aren't doing a very good job covering up her bitchiness, IMO, but the fact that she could be shown as much, much worse makes me think she might win. She's also, of course, the smallest person in the house and biggest loser over all, so unfortunately, it's not out of the question.
Joe: Joe's edit is a bit weird too. He gets plenty of face time, but his presence just feels kind of underwhelming and forgettable over all. He's a nice guy, but I just don't feel like I know that much about him as a person.
Jeff: Similar to Joe, I think. He was shown as negative early in the season, but has sense sort of disappeared. I think he probably gets a good amount of screen time (especially since the show is 90 minutes long and there are only five of them left), but I always forget he's still in the running for some reason.
Jackson: He has the whole underdog story going for him and could possibly win. If this were Survivor, I'd probably pin him as the Final 3 loser, who just manages to miss out on the final prize. People who place there usually get the good personal stories and a lot of screen time. Not sure how it works in this show, of course, so just pointing it out. He's been really inconsistant with his numbers, though. Wouldn't be surprised if that "2" in the preview for next week is his.
Danni: Probably the winner. She has a good, solid storyarc and plenty of screen time, but like most Survivor winners is somewhat overshaddowed by the bigger personalities (in this case Jackson and Gina). She looks really great now in comparison to the flashbacks, so I could definitely see her as the Biggest Loser.
