I agree that there is a connection to Jessica Hyde because they really seem like two sides of the same coin
Jessica definitely seems like a deprogrammed version of Arby/RB -- violent, cold, and emotionless (except in the case of Grant, who she might identify with since she was once a child on the run).
Not surprised that One-Eye's dad is dead. We kind of knew that was coming. He's going to be really mad now.
I think it was confirmed in an earlier episode when Becky was using a laptop, but she didn't tell him and waiting definitely wasn't the right idea. Out of all the group, I don't see Wilson surviving this -- he's just becoming too unhinged.
Why did they send the DVD to the wife anyway? I thought the guy had till 8 pm? If he thought he was going to call their bluff, he's an idiot.
I'm guessing he gave them his stuff and they did it anyway, just to prove to him that they mean business and he's a moron. His reaction made it seem like a surprise, which it would have been if he'd complied.
And definitely after tonight, this show will never ever play in the States for sure.
Probably for the best. BBC America would edit the hell out of this show until it was an incomprehensible mess.
So, any guesses as to who Becky's been phoning?
And what's the deal with Jessica? She's gotten pretty shady -- only talking to the little boy, putting a gun to Ian's head, and potentially blowing the cover of the lone person that seems to be looking out for the group. Guess she really doesn't give a shit about anything other than the manuscript.
