I'm setting this to open at 11:30 ET, but the actual end could be delayed due to football. Please don't post in here until the episode ends.

Also, please remember that we have a separate thread for the finale. Discussion in this thread should be about the reunion -- how people looked, how people answered questions, Probst's hosting job, and whatnot. Thanks.

OMG, I'd forgotten the crazy chick with the Peachy crush. And I didn't know he was married and to MP Gosselar's ex.

Gotta admit, Abi was charming during her segment. "Did you see the show Jeff?" I totally get why he was surprised about her behavior on the show now.

As annoying and elitist as RC can be, I fully agree with her about the Pete move. How did that benefit anybody, including himself?

Dawson stole the reunion! I really wish for her sake he wasn't married, he did date a contestant once. Poor Dawson.

Returning players again?!!

I hate Survivor fans, so much.

And Probst: get a restraining order.

I love Denise's dress.

Carter is a real life Jeff Spicoli.

Mad that Lisa won FF. I can't believe Malcolm lost twice in one night!

I really didn't need Lisa's extra long proselytizing segment. That felt excessive to me and should have been shortened and also is something personal to her. I don't know, I'm not Christian, maybe others think that way too.

Lisa's little jab to Jeff Kent about how she'd have liked to have won even $600,000 was just gold. Easily her best line of the season!

Hands-down, worst Probst Reunion performance every, imo. And that's saying something.

Cooking up some religious tension to Lisa a soap-box to proselytize; Not realizing that his Ozzy/Malcolm threesome fantasy was spoken out loud; reiterating the "cultural" excuse for Abi being an asshole (even when Abi herself copped to just being an asshole); apparently not realizing that "single" and "available" are the same thing; sucking Jeff Kent's dick and letting Kent reiterate his Teabag bullshit.

Ugh. Awful.

fans versus favorites again??? I just had to look at the spoilers online.

Bring on the Crazy.

I wonder if some producer told that Chick to run up to Probst and kiss him.

Skupin will now have to spend the rest of his life knowing that he MIGHT have won if he had brought Malcolm - since the Jury didn't seem to like him much compared to Denise.

Dawson = amazing.

Even I was like, Jeff move on from Lisa already, especially putting her on the spot with the Christianity questions. Like she said, it just doesn't translate well on TV. Take the hint, Jeff! But he talked to everyone, didn't he? So there's that at least.

Malcolm's so returning to Survivor.

The whole religious segment was unnecessary. Also can't but also can believe Lisa won fan fav. Her sob story every week and all her segments catered to her played for her benefit. Used to love when that award used to actually go to people who played the game but got robbed, like Russell. Malcolm should have got that this time.

Abi seemed to have learned something, that's good.

And what the heck, they crazy Jeff fan shouldn't have been cast much less get that close to Jeff to try to assault the married man. The man's married.

So who did Jeff ignore tonght? Zane and Angie? He tried to ignore Dawson but she wasn't having it. I did not need to see her try to kiss him again; once was enough. Ugh!

Very glad that I do not have to hear Lisa's voice again. She seems to think that every question requires this long, involved, overly-emotional answer. Please be quiet.

Wow - RC is still bitter. For one that prides herself on her sophistication and smarts, she just looks like a silly, immature young woman.

Reflecting on this season, I think the returning players were by far the least interesting, entertaining part.

I wish they'd let that concept go already, at least for a few seasons.

On one level I agree, water under the bridge, and all.

But I do think that Pete really fucked up with that stunt. And the fact that he's still bragging about it shows, to me, just how fucking stupid he is. He took a fairly solid 4-person alliance with an HII and a somewhat controllable Abi and turned it into a two-person alliance with a batshit looney bin Abi.

Yeah, I could have done without that segment.

Abi was surprisingly charming and self-aware.

And,loved the Skupin montage. Or should I say "Skoopin"?

Jeffy moved away quickly when it looked like Denise would have beaten his boytoy Malcolm if they both had made the final. That was worth at least a follow up. Love that Scoopin really thought that he deserved to win and really loved the rehabilitation of Abi "did you watch the show Jeff?"
Overall am happy with the winner and even happier that Malcolm was thrown off of his high horse a bit.

Remember the "who would you have voted for" question is ALWAYS bullshit. People cannot replicate their thought process having seen interview segments and what not.

I would have liked to have known who knew about Lisa & Jeff's former careers from day one or if anyone realized while they were out there. What's the point of picking so-called famous people as contestants if we don't get that answer?

Why does Jeff always change shirts between the vote reading and the rest of the show? Is he that much of a prima dona that he needs a costume change?

Completely agree. I'm a non-Christian, but I do like Lisa, and don't fault her at all with the reunion tonight. She was asked the questions, she was going to answer them fully and in detail, that is obviously her way. Although I am relieved that tonight's reunion finally ends the Season Long Probe into the Psyche of Lisa Whelchel. Still loads better for me than any conversation that has anything at all to do with anyone named Hantz. Or has the name "Coach".

I wish I even remotely liked RC, so that I could really enjoy her comment about Pete having long enough arms to pat himself on the back. Because seriously, he has absolutely no one but himself and his own stupid decisions to blame on his boot. She at least does have a slim case that it wasn't 100% her fault. I think it's 30% her fault, 20% Abi's fault, 10% Pete's fault, and 40% her laugh's fault.

Other than that, this reunion was boring, bland, and stupid - as usual. I hate it when Probst tries to get the jury to tell him who they would vote for in another scenario. Almost none of them are going to change their votes or be honest, because that would be admitting that they voted for any other reason than "I truly, really thought THIS person played the best game ever". No one will convince me that Malcolm wouldn't have rolled Denise in a final vote.

Fans vs. Favorites? A Hantz wins next season, I guarantee it. And Probst will call it the best season ever.

Annoyed that not only did we get an All-Lisa entire segment, but that Jeff made sure that segment was almost completely filled with Lisa reiterating her religious beliefs multiple times (due to his multiple prompts). There were a few good lines here and there, but overall it was clear that with Malcolm not in the F3, Peachy just wasn't feeling it any more. The whole affair seemed more subdued than usual.

I'm Catholic (but really bad at it), and I sure didn't need all that God-speak. Her sermon did make me glad that she had lost, though. She'd have been worse given the title of "Sole Survivor," and making the talk show circuit as the winner.

Color me shocked that Malcolm wasn't the run away winner of that extra $100,000!

Me too. I wonder when voting closed? Jeff said that Malcolm was ahead and then Lisa pulled ahead. I wonder if him not giving Denise the 2nd immunity idol cost him votes at the end?

I feel exactly the opposite way concering his "slam." He was far and away the dumbest person to play the game this season. Telling Malcolm about the blindside and sabotaging his tribe before they had lost a single challenge made Zane look like a "mastermind."

She'd have been worse given the title of "Sole Survivor," and making the talk show circuit as the winner.

The story of her "journey" is going to be like gold on the personal appearance circuit whether she won or not. People eat that crap up.

I am a Christian and I did not mind Lisa's answers. Jeff was the one asking the questions. I agreed with what she said- God cares about you, but doesn't have a favorite team or favorite Survivor. So happy she won FF.

I was pleased that he at least asked everyone a question. And Dawson's kiss was hilarious. Who is Jeff married to?
