So, as a crazy BB fan, I sometimes watch the Thursday episodes backwards. Tonight, I first watched the beginning of the HOH live, saw Janelle gone, saw Joe knocked out, and then went back and FFed through much of the episode. Basically, I cheated, and the only part I really watched was Wil being super happy that his coach who had his back was going to be evicted (seriously, I hope he watches the last episode and realizes what a douche he is, but doubtful), and Janelle's exit interview with Julie.

Her interview confirmed 3 things for me. 1) she just didn't have the same fire and cutthroat energy she did her first two times around, probably what with the husband and baby and all, 2) Her loyalty to her old team burned her, but she also didn't adapt well to this kind of weird hybrid game, and 3) I will always, always love my Jedi Janie, if only for the fact that she had no reaction at all to Mike's message (I muted it, I'm betting I get the gist, I just can't listen to the gist, so I focused on her face), other than to calmly call him a loser and a douchebag. And the audience cheered! Suck on that, Mike.

Okay seriously, what are the BB producers angling for this season? I just don't get it, because it seems like they WANT this to be the Booger show?? Am I the only person feeling more and more turned off with every episode? I was so excited for BB14 and now I can barely bring myself to watch anymore because there's nobody to root for and everything keeps going in the same direction (that direction being 'down the toilet'). [snip]

Dan is beyond full of shit trying to act like he wasn't instrumental in Janelle's eviction happening. Frank continues to blink excessively and is apparently trying to give Booger a run for his money in the annoying bigmouth competition for the summer.

What was Ashley on during the HOH comp, she seemed even more out of her gourd than usual? Booger i mean Frank wins another HOH and oh look, another bullshit week on BB. I hope Danielle and Dan are put up on the block, but in reality it will just be somebody useless like Jenn or Joe going home. Fuck this season. It really is the worst.

oh and nice Canadian tuxedo, Booger.

Well, this sucks. I think I'm done with this season. Janie was really the only reason I was watching. I have no interest in anyone else left in this game.

If a player gets to come back, my vote is Jedi Janie. I'd love to see her get back in the house, win HOH, then watch all the people who trashed her be forced to pucker up & kiss her Janey Doll ass all week.

Shocked at no announcement of a fast forward episode next Thursday, I guess it'll be the following week. Ian/Ashley no-mance was a giant waste of time, they barely even talk to each other.

[snip]

It's going to be a boring week, no early for Frank to make a power move so it'll be Joe or Wil gone.

What's a "Canadian tuxedo"?

How is it possible that the only person I kind of like now is Joe, of all people?

Tonight sucked. That is all.

As soon as Dan said "girl instinct," Janelle should have ran to Danielle, Ashley, Jenn, and Britney and said "These are the types of guys you are listening to, do you really think they will take you to the end like I would?"

Mike looks like a melting candle or a Lord of the Rings character. I wonder if he has no guy friends outside the game, he seems so desperate for a best bud.

Honestly, and it pains me deeply to say this but I would rather deal with Jesse and Rachel this season than to see Boogie's fugly self on my screen one more day. And I despised them both, but his smug-assed self is becoming unbearable.

I don't get these people. They might as well hang Mike over the prize money right now, because unless someone gets him and Frank out of there, they will be the F2. I don't get why they would keep them. The reason Janelle is gone is because she was probably Boogie's #1 opponent. And all it took was him opening his mouth and out she went. Good on Janie for calling him a loser and a douche-bag. I was calling him a d-bag too.

I used to love this show but it has been tainted by the constant return of former players. Why don't they save them for an all-stars season and let us get a season of all newbies?! I don't even know if I want to watch this coming week, since it's bound to be predictable. Sigh. See ya Janie, sorry it didn't work out better for you.

[snip] The best part of the show was Janelle's live interview with Julie since she got right to the point that yes, Boogie is a loser and a douchebag. I'm betting Will, and his pregnant girlfriend Erin, are really happy that he's bringing up the Will/Janelle affair so many years later.

I think Julie Chen has it in her contract that she doesn't have to interview the crazy HOHs. Janelle interview was the highlight of this ep. Really it was the only highlight. Janelle calling him a loser and a douchebag on live tv was awesome and telling him I hope you lose. [snip] And Boogie gets to celebrate for another freakin week.

The only good that can come out of this HOH reign is if Dan and Crazy are the noms, or Dan and Britney. That would make me at least laugh.

Ahaha! Touche!

I think the producers are watching the Olympics and are completely checked out of this season. That's the only logical explanation.

Who doesn't love Dan?
ME!
The WORST part about the coaches re-entering the game is that his screen time has increased ten fold. I hate looking at his ugly, cocky mug and listening to his "I'm the best thing that ever lived" voice.

The BEST part about the twist was that (thought I love Janelle and was the only coach I liked) was that I'm sure it went against Grodner and the producers expectations and their quest to keep the ex-coaches in the game until finale night.

Ugh to a Frank win. It means more Faux-Chilltown cartoonish laughing in the Diary room...meanwhile Joe is Cannon Fodder and dead in the water.

Janelle exits with the best line of the night to thundering applause"He's such a loser" no truer words.

I've never cheered for ratings to go down for a show I like but I am very pleased that they have dropped even before the olympics...if there is any hope for the future of BIG BROTHER...a once good show this will be a clue to the producers that we want NO MORE RETREADS...give us a diverse and interesting cast like THE GLASS HOUSE...what a pity the viewing public has over looked that far more interesting show for this tired...manipulated garbage that this season is.

These morons basically gave Frank the HOH. What the hell were they thinking by not putting him and Boogie up together right away? Can we have another reset and this time bring in all new players and pretend the last month never happened? I can't wait til Wil and Ashley live to regret voting out the one person probably guaranteed to not nominate them. I know Britney is already regretting it.

I am so sick of Frank with the calling Julie Jules. It just sounds so smarmy and it actually makes me not gag everytime Dan throws out the Mrs. Chen.

The Jules is bad, but who the hell makes the "Mrs." error like that these days? He's a teacher. What year is it at Dan's house? 1973? Gah.

I don't have a problem with returning players if it's people I want to see. I had no desire to see Boogie, and letting someone with so many behind the scenes connections is just taking so much out of the game.

The biggest problem with the show now is the clumsy rigging and the horrible editing. Even if there were no coaches this season, I don't think it would be any better, because this cast is unwatchable. The only one I can stomach is Ian, and sometimes Jenn.

I don't watch the live feeds so who knows, but how did it go from Dan not wanting a coach nominated and Danielle and everyone else hoping to get Frank out, to Boogie saying one lame speech and suddenly Frank is cool and Janelle is everyone's target? They waste time on stupid family interviews when they could be showing how everyone's thinking and why they are all letting Boogie run this game. Why does Wil hate Janelle when Janelle stuck up for him? Does Jenn have a brain? Is she even playing? Why only one vote for Janelle? Everyone loved the loud mouth guy (forgot his name) when he stood up to Bro Hantz. Is he being excluded suddenly? I really love this show and get excited when it starts every summer, only to be turned off when the game seems so manipulated. They make up the rules as they go and I'm sure it will be Frank & Boogie as the final 2. ~Yawn~ Although, I pray that somehow Ian wins the whole thing. I'm sad.

For those of us who don't watch live feeds, it appears that he was easily flipped and seduced almost by Boogie with one speech. So the farewell speech made me raise my eyebrows as well.

And yes I'm so sick of "Jules" and "Mrs. Chen".

And whoever pointed out Frank's blinking, I curse you. I never noticed it before and now I can't not notice it.

I still don't get why it was so great strategically to get Janelle out except that she is an BB Great as Julie kept calling her. I don't feel like the editing of the show ever really explained it to me, except that gee it would be awesome to backdoor Janelle, for the shock value.

And I agree, I could have done without Ashley's family explaining that she's not as dumb as she seems (um, I think she's just as dumb as she seems) and BB trying to shove Big Bang Theory down our throats. Show the game play; I'm sure there was a ton of juicy strategizing that we never saw. And I'd love to see crazy Danielle!

I can't say I'm too upset about seeing season 14 Janelle go, but I'm very upset at the potential season 6 Janelle leaving, and the fact that Boogie got his way. What bothers me the most is all these fools not putting up Boogie and Frank against each other in the HOH comp. And not only that, but actually LISTENING to him on the sidelines for who to put up next. I really thought after Janelle left, they would target Boogie and Frank, but it seems like it'll just be another week of Boogie running everything. Dream scenario: Frank finally sees Boogie for the threat he is, is sick of listening to him, and nominates him. Though clearly, with the dumbest cast assembled since that Winter season nobody watched, Wil and Joe will likely be the two nominees.

Which brings me to the absolute stupidity of Wil, Jenn and Ashley voting out Janelle. If Britney was so apprehensive about voting out Janelle, why not go get these three on her side? She already would have had Joe. That makes five votes, which would have kept her in the game. And Janelle played this whole week stupidly. She had no fight and seemed to have lost her edge. Season 6 Janelle would have sent Frank packing somehow.

These people are puppets. Not one person in this house can think for themselves. Even Dan is being blinded by Boogie. It's pathetic.

So basically, we're stuck with Mike for another two weeks. Faaaaannntastic. Because that's EXACTLY what I wanted. The only bright side about Frank winning is that it wasn't Mike, not that it makes much of a difference.

Stop selling these nomances, BB. They're really not gonna happen.

Everyone disgusts me except for Ian. And, weirdly enough, Joe this week. At least HE wanted to vote out Frank.

I liked Dan in his season but he yells and reminds me of Eddie Haskil. I'm starting to think he really is on Boogie's side. I CANNOT believe these people can't see how he's (both of them) are manipulating everyone.
Not once did Danielle say (when Boogie was talking to her) "Hey, here's a thought. Why are yhou throwing Janelle under the bus? Could it be because you KNOW you would go home first?
Janelle was good at the competitions. But she's never been a liar or a schemer. Not even back in the day. All her feelings were right there on her sleeve. I think that's why she never won. Not that all the winners have been liars....I just really don't like Mike. How did he even get the nickname Boogie anyway? How old is he?

Didn't Julie call him out on it in a previous season? I recall her saying "Mrs. Chen is my mother." If Dan was trying to kiss up to the network biggies, he should have called her "Mrs. Moonves", but really he should have just stuck with "Ms. Chen", her professional name.
