She tries so hard to be likeable... that makes her very unlikable. Also: Online university? srsly?

Not just online university, Jerry Falwell's online university! The largest evangelical university in the country.

Anybody else getting intense Sarah Palin vibes from her?? Also, nice "racist" comment. Classy.

I hate her plea videos. She is so freaking whiny. Just because I now want her gone means that she'll probably stick around forever lol, just like the Rachel Berry on Glee. Damn.

Her hairdo in that first video from the photo shoot makes her look like a middle-aged Republican politician's wife.

Yeah she's so Rachel Berry it's just painful.

Only if Rachel Berry was seriously mentally ill. I mean at her heart, Rachel is supposed to be a likeable character. This girl doesn't have even an ounce of likeability. And she doesn't simply steamroll over social conventions out of ambition and assertiveness, like Rachel, she either doesn't know them, or doesn't care that they even exist.

This girl, thanks to her mother it seems, has a large basket full of social and psychological disorders. There are "odd ducks". But then there are people beyond "odd ducks", who are just dys (or non) functional.

So, Victoria is a member of a cult and her "mother" is the cult leader right? That's what I'm seeing anyway.

I can't help but love her. And her comment in the preview for next week ("You're a bitch, no you're a bitch, I'm a real bitch... that's not an argument!") was hilarious.

I thought her "I don't need a boyfriend, I have my mother and I don't want a boyfriend because no boyfriend could care for me as much as she does" (not an exact quote but I think I got the gist of it) was really really sad. She has been seriously socially isolated.

I wanted someone to ask her if, since her mom is so much better than having a boyfriend, she has sex with her mom. I really really really wanted someone to ask that question!!

Yikes! So sad. Working at a university I see many kids who are very close to their parents. A bit too close. They're in constant contact with their parents via cell and text and therefore they're not really growing into fully finctional Independant adults.

Then this girl happened. So sad. On-line college keeps her in her childlike state. She appears to be an actress but I'm afraid she's real. Why would she (with the apparent support of her mom) subject herself to this? Has she not seen this show before? It seems she's never been away from home. And then...this? "You're a bitch" "no, you da bitch". That's standard stuff for this show. And it's a surprise to her? Again, sad. For our entertainment pleasure. :-/

It is surprising that someone who has had such a sheltered upbringing would want to go on this show or would be allowed to do so by her parent. Makes me think she's an actress, producer plant.

I think she's a plant. Maybe. She does seem to be a good performer, and the way she managed herself on the runway isn't how you would expect a totally sheltered, my-mom-is-my-boyfriend type girl to behave.

However, I think some of it has to be true. You can't make this shit up. There must be some basis in fact here, because it's too wild to have been completely imagined by a producer.

She is my favorite right now as she seems to be truly batshit crazy. Since this cycle of ANTM is no longer about fashion anyway, I wouldn't be mad if she wins it all! Plus, if you squint your eyes, she kinda resembles 2 of my favorite ANTM hamsters: Nicole from the petite cycle, and aspergers Heather.

I get the impression her mom wants her out of the house, just from how she talks on the phone. Maybe Mom wants some freedom!

Perhaps her mother is taking advantage of her time alone by playing with Victoria's glass menagerie and entertaining her gentleman callers.

I get the same impression too. It is looks like the mom dun want her daughter to stick around her too much and wanted her to just go away for a moment, if she is truly this dependence.

However, I still can see her as a plant. She flips a switch "I'm a real bitch is not an argument.", then flips a switch "OMG, mommy~~~~ You want me to carry on?" This is not real, this is fake, and you're fake (hmm, kind of familiar). The mom just part of her plan to keep herself around as long as possible, or even win the competition. I can imagine her in her winning speech, "I am a mommy girl, and I never thought of winning the competition. Thanks mom, thanks for everything God has gives me." in Rachael Barry voice.

I dont think Victoria is a model, but I do like her as a reality TV personality, and she photographs well. Also, ever since their first pictures were released back whenever, I kept feeling like she kinda looks like Kyle Richards from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

I may be overreacting but I have never detested a hamster as much as I detest Victoria. I think she's lucky all this "social media" voting was done before the show actually aired or else she wouldn't have this big a "fan base" ...

I think what offends me the most about her is her constant waving of her "Jewish and Native American" heritage like it's some Louis Vuitton designer handbag when she's an online homeschooler at the biggest evangelical school in the country.

Victoria seems to be about as equally accomplished as Leila when it comes to modeling, if not more.

Prior to being selected for Top Model, Henley modeled in runway shows for the likes of Saks Fifth Avenue, Nicole Miller, Frederick's of Hollywood, among others. Victoria has been featured as a high fashion Milan runway model on Lifetime Network's Drop Dead Diva. She has also been featured on many industrials, infomercials, and commercials for Mc Donalds, Avisod, Dodge, and Jeep. She also played the role of Olivia in the Shakespearean esque drama, "As I Am" which was directed by a Sundance and Cannes award winning film director and received an exclusive screening at Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Seems like despite her small town upbringing, she's -really- wanted this since she was young. She was a Wal-Mart kid model too at some point and a cousin of hers was part of Ford Models.

I would like to think that the whole mom thing is an act but the rest of her "Rachel Berry from Glee" personality is actually all her as in the real her.

She seems to have done almost anything from singing, acting in small project-films, acting in theatre, doing local commercials and PSAs.

If she's done that much stuff then yeah, girl knows what she's doing. At the very least this is just an exaggerated version of herself, but I'd like to think her entire appearance in this competition is just one big piece of performance art.

Perhaps, but not by much. I just don't think being homeschooled and wanting to be a performer are all that mutually exclusive. On the other hand, you could say that being homeschooled gave her the time needed to pursue her performing career without worrying too much about school deadlines or schedules. Perhaps her mom is some sort of manager or is living vicariously through her like the ones on Toddler and Tiaras? The religious undercurrents of her upbringing seem to clash with that, but the way she mentions her "heritage" makes me think that while she may be christian, she's not as fundamentalist as she appears to be. Perhaps Liberty College is the only online college that wanted her, or perhaps it was just more convenient for her, while also correlating with her faith.
She doesn't seem to be a god thumping freak with the others or to spew hatred over minorities, so I don't think her faith really is a problem.

I was glad we didn't have a huge commentary over the semi-nude photo shoot. She seemed quite comfortable in her own skin. This could support the plant idea or the reality that many homeschoolers aren't crazy. (Factoid: 50% of all dyslexics end up being homeschooled because of lack of services in schools. That's about 10% of the school age population.)

Victoria didn't do herself any favors not picking someone to share the suite, but then again the mental health aspect of being away from the "I'm a real bitch" conversations would be priceless. Also, who would you pck after almost everyone trashed you From week one?
