Since I haven't seen a thread for this show:

The Original Bad Girl is back with her very own show, Tanisha Gets Married! You’ve seen her find love for other Bad Girls on Love Games: Bad Girls Need Love Too, and now you can watch her on the road to her own wedding. But will the pressure of planning a wedding and juggling her career be too much for Tanisha?

What career? Career as a famewhore? I guess that's a legitimate career these days.

Tanisha and her man are a mess in a half. The man works as a bagger at a grocery store (no shade intended) and they want to have a $50,000 wedding? And the man's family can't stand Tanisha? And they live in her mother's basement because they can't afford to live elsewhere?! I just can't. It was just too much.

I like Tanisha - when she keeps her voice down, she's actually sweet and pretty damn funny. But this was a mess.

The first episode made me sad, a bit. I've never been a huge Tanisha fan, but I think she might be able to do better. Clyde is a lazy bastard. Why does a grown man need his girlfriend/fiancee/wife to make him wake up for work on a daily basis? That's just pathetic. Tanisha's "career" may be a joke, but I do believe that she's made a fair amount of money from post-Bad Girls opportunities. I hope Clyde doesn't leave her once the Bad Girls gravy train dries up for her. He was a dick when he said that she'd still be "plus size" at size 8, but I don't believe that she's a size 16. She looks bigger than that to me.

It was sweet to see how delighted Tanisha was by the second venue. Couldn't believe what a dick the guy at the first place was, with his insistence that they not serve mac and cheese. I've seen mac and cheese bars at several weddings. It's not a crazy request, unless they specifically wanted big vats of the Kraft stuff.

I don't know about that, water seeks its own level.

I couldn't stand her when she was on the Bad Girls club with all that "Pop off" nonsense. I wonder if she's trying to be another "New York." Personally, I think all those "bad girls" should go away once their season finishes. To me she's just as bad as that other famewhore, Natalie Nunn.

LOL! It is appealing in a 'can't look away, this is such a mess' way.

She has been with Clyde for 7-8 years based on what she said, and iirc, she talked about a bf doing her very, very wrong when she was on BGC. I am assuming that Clyde was the guy. SMH.

The conversation at dinner was confusing. Clyde has made it clear that his family doesn't like Tanisha and will not be involved or attending the wedding. Why would the friend/mother?? ask did they have any ideas about the color scheme? I got what Tanisha was saying about him badmouthing her to the family, but maybe there is more to the story. I kinda liked the show, Tanisha is fun when she's not "Poppin Off". Her wanting Natalie as a bridesmaid screamed setup BS to me though.

The only thing I want out of Mac Tonight's involvement in this show is to see Flo whoop her ass again. Other than that, she is useless.

That said, I'm definitely in this for the long haul since Tanisha (along with Flo) is my favorite Bag Girl. It's too bad that her cousin is right on the money about Clive's lack of ambition, though, because I was looking forward to meeting a guy that'd be the one to inspire Tanisha to mature. Ah, well.

It did. It seemed like Tanisha just wanted a few bad girls in her wedding which is pretty tacky if she's not even friends with them. Her and Natalie aren't that cool anymore, and each is hypying up their own wedding special on twitter (Natalie is going to be on Bridezillas...Flo got her own wedding special and Tanisha did as well, so I guess Natalie is jealous).

I keep calling him Clyde, but I guess his name is Clive. Oops. I think Tanisha, for all her faults, can do wayyyy better than him. She has her endearing moments, and she seems like a loyal girlfriend. The fact that she is marrying a man who speaks ill of her to his family disappoints me.

I do believe that, yes. Yes. Yes. lol. Taking her 'celebrity' persona out of it, Tanisha is not a bad person. She deserves someone who will love her despite her size (Clive got the side-eye for the size 8 being plus-size comment, he is hardly D'Angelo circa 'Untitled'), who will not speak ill of her to his family constantly, and who respects her.

I agree with you PharmGal. I think Tanisha is funny and doesn't take any shit (except for from Clive.)

I'm amazed that Clive hasn't gotten fired- I mean it would be accomplishment to not be late to work for a week? Really?

I wonder why they didn't mention Tanisha having been on Celebrity Fit Club.

I'm guessing they didn't mention Tanisha being on CFC is because she is huge and neither Tanisha nor CFC want to be reminded that she was ever on the show.

Yes. She does have a nice personality IMO and a very beautiful face, and I know there are better looking and more goal oriented men out there that would go for her.

I wonder how Tanisha is going to justify marrying Clive even though he is keeping a dating profile open despite his being engaged to her.

I'm so entertained by this show. I love that Natalie and Flo are back. Amber is meh. Is Tanisha not still close to Naveen and that blonde girl from her show? I hope they make an appearance along with Cordelia or whoever else. I miss that season.

I agree that she can do much better than Clive's shiftless ass. But I heard her say that he's the only one who will put up with her. He's the type of dude who will passive aggressively deal with her and cheat on the side instead of simply breaking up with her or checking her. Plus she is bringing home most of the cash so he's not leaving that for nothing. Again, she can do MUCH better.

I keep calling him Clyde, but I guess his name is Clive. Oops.

Damn near everyone on here was calling him Clyde, I don't know why this was cracking me up but it does. He looks more like a "Clyde" anyway.

I'm so glad that last night's episode reminded me of why I can't stand Cookie and never thought that she was "better" than her co-star in the Amber Show stupidity. Although Flo was right to call Mac Tonight's ass out, she should've thrown Cookie in for good measure for being such a fucking follower. I sure hope that the next episode kicks off with Flo dragging both of their asses outside and stomping them down.

On another note, I love the fact that Raoul Felder is such an attention ho that he'd pop up on a Bad Girls spinoff to 'advise' about prenups to someone who he wouldn't have even given the time of day to if she weren't followed around with a camera.

Mac Tonight

I know that is supposed to be Natalie, but what does that mean?

I know I'm going to hell for this, but....is Clive 'special'? Everytime there is a fight, all of a sudden he stops then does this Stevie Wonder like smile and dances around. Nukka, you just said you wouldn't consider signing a prenup and your woman is about to give you a serious whoop down and all your ass can do is give a Kool-Aid smile? What in the bluedilly fuck is wrong with that man? As for his mother giving her blessing to their union, how much do you want to be that he likely spreads untruth about her to his family?

Tanisha may be larger than life (pun included), but IMO she is beautiful (killer smile!) and can do sooooooooooooo much better than Clive the Moron.

"Mac Tonight" is in reference to a McDonald's commercial that used to air when I was a kid and featured a half-moon (which Natalie's head looks like) figure in a suit singing a jingle called "Mac Tonight".

So I don't get Oxygen anymore, but thanks to The Soup I feel like I'm keeping up with this show.

Clive puking on the side of the bed has to be the nastiest thing I've seen in a long time - that's some straight up Jersey Shore messiness.

Then this week and the prenup convo punctuated by Redi Whip. Match made in heaven I'd say. Hearing that Mac and Flow and even the Ambers are back makes me nostalgic. Sad to hear "i don't fight fair hookah" Hanna hasn't made an appearance.

Perhaps I am naive in thinking so, but I honestly believe that Clive's 'specialness' is related to his hearing disability, as I think that he'd be less so and a bit more ambitious if he weren't bogged down by it.

I'm 99% sure that wasn't just normal whipped cream--I think it was the alcohol-infused kind. Because why waste the effort drinking and eating dessert separately when you can do both at the same time?

I wanted to like this show but I can't even get with how physical Tanisha gets when she gets mad at Clive. It's the second time we've seen her literally push him around and smack him about the head. Clive has a lot of issues and he's no Prince Charming but holy hell, that shit is not acceptable. If that was me, Tanisha would be the one violating--violating a damn restraining order.

Outside of extricating himself from that toxic dump they call a relationship, what is Clive supposed to do but sit there and take it or duck from the flying debris from hurricane Tanisha? He can't hit her back (even though he'd be well within his right to do so) without being labeled as some abuser but Tanisha can do it and it's considered entertaining fodder for tv. If that were a man doing that to a woman, he'd be in jail.

Geezus that's gonna be a mess of a marriage. Damn. At least it looks like her behavior and violence is being addressed in the next episode.

I think his 'specialness' is related to his hearing disability. I definitely think it has hindered him, which among other things, includes his speech. I agree that it is why he isn't that ambitious or proactive in his life. However, for whatever reason, he got the hearing aids, and he should take it as a new lease to do other things in life that he couldn't before, but that's not how he likes to roll. He's a total deadbeat, but I feel kinda sorry for the dude, but never would it be enough to marry his ass.
