Following in the diamond-encrusted footsteps of Orange County, New York City, Atlanta, New Jersey, Beverly Hills and Miami, Vancouver will be getting its own version of the popular American show, Shaw Media announced Tuesday.
Debuting April 4 at 9 p.m. on Slice, the series will follow the lives of five of Vancouver’s most prominent women: free-spirited jet-setter Christina Kiesel, self-made businesswoman and fashionista Jody Claman, former pageant queen Mary Zilba, adrenaline junkie Reiko MacKenzie and winery owner and “luxury toy aficionado” Ronnie Seterdahl Negus. I've seen some of the US-based Housewives shows on Slice while travelling in Canada so I'll be curious to see if Vancouver will ever be run on Bravo in the US like they rerun Apprentice and other non-Bravo shows.
