This is Top Chef, not Top Athlete.

What a completely bullshit way to determine the final three.

Thanks for nothing Top Chef. I am officially done with you. If you're lucky, I'll tune into the end next week to see Paul win. After that, you are on your own.

I was hoping Beverly would send Sarah out. Oh well. Go Paul. Only you can save this crappy season.

I really need for Paul to win this. Please! I had a feeling Paul and Lindsay could have served the judges a plate of snow and still would have made it in the finale, the show was just dying to have the final battle be between Sarah and Beverly no matter what.

I had a feeling Sarah beat Bev when she was nice and complimentary of her in the talking heads.

Well, I really felt like both Sarah and Bev did well, so either one going on was fine with me.

You know, people always say "if you're going to apply to be on Amazing Race, learn to drive a stick" or "if you're going to be on Top Chef, have a dessert recipe in your back pocket" - but, come on! If you apply to be on a show called TOP CHEF - you should NOT have to worry about fear of heights, motion sickness or being able to friggin' ski or shoot! It's beyond not fair.

I've gone skiing once - I canNOT get up by myself when I fall - Bev and Sarah were lucky they could!

Yech, Sarah and Lindsay in the finals with Paul. Shame that he doesn't have anyone near his talent, or decency, with him at the end.

So glad to see Bev gone. Ugh. Also, I can't ski either. So what does that tell you about how well I can cook?

Well, that was... pretty terrible for what's supposed to be a show about cooking.

Sarah and Lindsay can't touch Paul in cooking skills, but maybe they can pogo-stick better than he can and shuck oysters with their feet, which will surely be part of the next challenge.

Chipping through ice blocks? Cross-country skiing? Screw you, Top Chef, and your gimmicky bullshit.

That said, nice shootin', Bev!

I swore I would never watch this show again after the bullshit during the All-Stars. But, I was stupid enough to give the show one more shot. Yet again, this show rewards complete assholes. We all know there was no way Tom was sending Sarah home. Not when she worked at his good buddy's restaurant. I never wished harder for a contestant to fail than I have for Sarah to lose tonight. She is an a truly shitty person and I am sick of watching a show that goes out of its way to reward douchebags. I swear this time I am truly done with this show.

I knew the minute Andy said that the loser would be on WWHL. No way does Sarah actually show up if she loses to Beverly.

For the most part I was okay with the challenges because it didn't seem that it impacted the contestants that much, or maybe I just stopped complaining the second Paul got through.

All I care about is Paul winning this whole damn thing.

Another "Chef doesn't have to cook" elimination round?

And a biathlon? Fuck you Top Chef.

May the best celebrity chef protege win. Yuck.

Chipping through ice blocks?

I thought Bev about took Paul out with her ice pick going for those crab legs!

When one of them yelled "She's got a gun!" when they saw Padma, I figured they probably thought she'd be shooting at them while they picked ingredients. It's not a crazy thought this season.

Why did they choose Sarah over Bev? Did they feel guilty for making a fat chick do something athletic???

Beautiful mountains. All those fir trees covered with snow were gorgeous. I liked the fireplace, too. That looked really cozy.

Did I miss anything?

Wait, did they say that next week is not the finale? Did I hear that wrong?

How can Paul not win? What a good-hearted person he is to help out Sarah and Beverly with the ridiculous ice-chipping challenge, and then to give Beverly his wine, which I was sure would come back to bite him. He is right up there on my list of all-time favorites with Stephanie, Carla and Bryan Voltaggio.

So Sarah must have seen what a bitch she came off as if she resolved to be a nicer person. How about resolving to swear off wearing fugly hats?

Poor Paul looked like he was barely keeping it together after getting off the gondola. Just another ridiculous challenge in a ridiculous season.

I did love the promo spot where we heard "She's got a gun!" Then they showed Bev shooting, followed immediately by Sarah collapsing on her skis. Well done, editors.

Can't say I have any further interest in this season's outcome and won't be tuning in. Hope Paul wins so the two bitch queens don't, but am not interested in tuning in to see if it happens.

Tom was completely dismissive of Beverly's final dish and refused to respond to or even acknowledge Gail's comments about the dryness of Sarah's rabbit.

Tom says...Sarah for the win. So I guess Sarah wins. Paul is the better chef and person IMO, but it's Tom's show.

What I find truly despicable about Sarah is that, after her "win," she tells Bev to her face how great she is...then the editors cut to a scene from next week where she is once again bitching about Bev. Tony must be so proud of his protege.

ETA which week, cause really, it could've been any week this season, really.

Ha!

I almost want to see that now. Especially when it's so obvious who really is Top Chef. Sarah or Lindsay winning would be such a joke.

Rats! I was hoping Beverly would make it! But I had a feeling she wasn't going to because she had all these confident talking heads while Sarah had worried ones. I rather liked the challenges except physical ability also played a part which weighted things more favorably toward Paul in the second challenge. Also, what if one of them was a wiz at skiing or shooting, and the other person had no experience? Good thing neither had skiied before. I did like Bev doing better than Sarah at hitting the target despite Sarah's shooting experience. Of course Sarah says, "Bev has more bullets!" No, Bev hit the target more times. Ironic that Bev shows more coordination at skiing and shooting than Sarah.

It looked like Lindsay was sort of apologizing to Bev in the car when she said the stress, etc., made her say and do things she regretted later. Funny moment: in the Coming Up segment before the commercials, Bev is shown shooting the gun and next we see Sarah falling backwards on her skis. I also had an Amazing Race 2 flashback during the ice-chipping challenge. I thought of Wil and his blowtorch trying to melt the ice globe.

Padma had tears in her eyes when she dismissed Bev.

Paul for the win!!

Aaargh. That fucking sucked.

Did anyone else hope Bev would pop a cap in Sarah's big ass during the target shooting?

That wasn't an apology. That was an excuse. I am guessing Michelle said something to her about her unprofessional behavior.

Has there ever been a time where someone's assholeness on this show has hurt their career post-show?

Padma had tears in her eyes when she dismissed Bev.

Gail looked upset as well. I loved her cutting remark about Bev thinking of some contestants while stabbing that ice.
