Honestly, the costume designers for the show are pretty awesome. Nolan's wardrobe alone is sort of a master class in fashion and character.

She is very tall, and so thin. I notice it in everything she wears, whether it's a bandage dress or a sleeveless top and pants, etc. She's in great shape!VanCamp is already tall, yet they still put her in ridiculously high heels!

I love Victoria's fashion sense.
I don't remember where it was, but another fashion blog I read pointed out that when she's "dressing down" she wears this lace-trimmed t-shirt type thing, and I loved seeing it again last night.

As for fashion, if I can't dress like the Evil Queen from Once Upon a Time, then I wish I could dress like the Evil Queen Victoria on Revenge, some of the dresses she wears are simply divine.
Lydia's sheer 'duster' type jacket she wore over her black bra & panties when Conrad came a'calling was pretty, if I had the body I wouldn't mind something like that myself for real!

The fabric is from Ballard Designs and is called "Document." It's $24/yard. I bought a lamp shape from Walmart in it, and have seen lampshades and pillows at Hobby Lobby out of it. I also bought some fabric to slipcover a chair that is similar (but not as nice, natch) from Hancock Fabrics, but they have it on sale for 50% off all the time (I think it's $20/yard normally). And someone else mentioned that they found a very similar chair at Home Goods.I found fabric that looks exactly like the words chair and posted links in the original thread- not sure if I can pull that up or not, I suck at finding things in a thread. It was pretty pricey fabric, though.
I really love the set designs and fashion styling on this show. No tacky skanky outfits (unless you're Amily.) I love EVC's easylooking honey colored curls. Her hair and styling perfectly convey that she is supposed to be super sweet, yet with an easy sophistication. The white dress she wore in the premier remains one of my favorites. I hope we get to see what the Grayson's, Nolan's, and Emanda's NYC apartments look like sometime.

Speaking of Amily's 'style', I cannot *stand* the way her necklace drops into the cleavage on her tops. I know it's meant to emphasis her 'assets' but it just makes me cringe. Have a little self-respect!No tacky skanky outfits (unless you're Amily.)

This link from the original Revenge discussion thread shows two similar chairs at HomeGoods for $300 and $350. A matching foot stool was found at Steinmart.I found fabric that looks exactly like the words chair and posted links in the original thread- not sure if I can pull that up or not, I suck at finding things in a thread. It was pretty pricey fabric, though.

And like his character, Nolan's clothes are quite varied...sometimes his outfits are quirky, sometimes he wears a very boyish look, sometimes he dresses like an average joe, and sometimes his clothes are actually quite cool and classy!

I always assumed they're being realistic with the costume in the sense that when you wear long necklaces and low cut tops at some point in the evening it's going to drop in. I guess it's too much of a hassle to pull it out when you're working.

Yeah, I realize it's realistic, and that it's probably done intentionally here.I always assumed they're being realistic with the costume in the sense that when you wear long necklaces and low cut tops at some point in the evening it's going to drop in. I guess it's too much of a hassle to pull it out when you're working.
We get it, show... she's.not.klassy like the other Hamptonites. I just wish they weren't trying to beat us over the head over that fact by dressing her like she's still working the pole.

I wear a necklace that drops into my shirt sometimes. I actually have a tiny USB flash drive attached to it and its much easier for me to carry it that way instead of having it on my keychain or lost on the bottom of my purse. Granted, I do not have the rack that Amily has and I don't wear shirts as low cut as hers, mine is on a pretty thin chain and not meant to draw attention to myself. I highly doubt that she would carry around a flash drive like that or one at all and knowing her its probably just a 'look at me' ploy.Speaking of Amily's 'style', I cannot *stand* the way her necklace drops into the cleavage on her tops. I know it's meant to emphasis her 'assets' but it just makes me cringe. Have a little self-respect!

She has the loveliest hair! I think it's her insecurity and neediness from a messed up childhood that makes her dress to bring attention to herself. However, her outfits are like a lot of working class young women, maybe with a little more cleavage and shorter shorts. She looks like a townie. It's in stark contrast to Emily, Charlotte, and QV's understated elegance and/or preppiness. Jack and Declan dress a lot differently than the rich men on the show, as well.

I thought that the show would have him cut it for Episode 15 to match the length it was in the Pilot engagement party scene (it was shorter then), but from pics, I guess not.

And I liked Emanda's dresses that she wore for the photo shoot and the dinner, although I know some didn't like the former. And once again, I love the red engagement dress in the promo. Please tell me I wasn't the only one thinking of Inglourious Basterds when she was getting dressed and loading her gun!

As a general rule I don't like that kind of hairstyle, but I think it suits Nolan. And by the way, I'm glad that others like his clothes as much as I do. I'm kind of fascinated by his style. Is there anyone else who wishes Nolan would get a haircut? I love his character, but the hair is taking on a life of its own. LOL
