I don't know anything about Dee or his lifestyle but he is looking mighty healthy for someone a segment of middle America could easily think of as a reprobate rockstar.
I always love when people like him turn up looking better that you'd think they would.
I hope he does well.

Yup. Dee is cool. Loved him for years. I hope he goes far, because he's one of the people I'm tuning in to watch.

So far, Dee and Paul have been huge surprises - I have mad respect for both of these guys as a result of seeing them on the show.

I see Paul slowing down a bit, but I hope Dee goes to the end.

Eh, Dee was fired for being boring.
He can walk away from this clusterfuck with his head held high as viewers came away with a better impression of him than many of us went in with- as opposed to almost everyone else who have shown themselves to be horse's asses.
He raised a tremendous amount of money for his cause and should be extremely proud of himself for his behavior.
He took the high road and it warmed my cold heart.

Ditto, ditto, ditto. I don't like rock music, especially not metal, so I've never paid the slightest attention to Twisted Sister or any of his other projects. What I learned from CA is that I really like and respect Dee Snider the man. I'm glad he won a significant amount of money for his charity and I'm glad he got out with his dignity intact but I'll miss seeing him on the show.

Don't forget that Dee was one of three musicians chosen by the Recording Artists' Industry of America to represent them in the obscenity hearings in the 80s. Along with Frank Zappa and John Denver, he was chosen to show that music is more than BS and debauchery, that it could be performed by people who were logical, well-spoken, and intelligent. I've always beem a fan and I'm glad he reinforced that. Especially with his defense of Dayana.

I remember Twisted Sister and regarded them as a borderline novelty band, I never thought much about Dee but was pleasantly surprised to learn that he didn't get pulled into drugs and is intelligent, responsible and a really nice guy. Still not a fan of the music but Dee Snider the person gets a gold star in my book.

I think he lives out in Suffolk near my brother. We saw him last year in one of those chain restaurants on Route 347 eating with who I am guessing was his wife and one of their moms. Everyone was respectful and he was polite.
