I'm hoping to go to his new restaurant next month. The reviews aren't surprising, they all say how good the food is, and also creative. I know there's a "catfish unagi" on the menu that I'm dying to try. I read in an interview that he can't get high quality Japanese eel in Austin, so he took the concept and applied it to Texas catfish.
