I've read some post finale interviews and the sour grapes, poor sportsmanship and delusional talk from a couple other chefs about Pauls clear win is really sad. I guess they never heard that what you say about others speaks alot louder about you than the person your trying to take down.

I'm hoping to go to his new restaurant next month. The reviews aren't surprising, they all say how good the food is, and also creative. I know there's a "catfish unagi" on the menu that I'm dying to try. I read in an interview that he can't get high quality Japanese eel in Austin, so he took the concept and applied it to Texas catfish.
