I tuned in for Lifeclass for the first time and I could NOT believe I what I was watching. It was the one about ego and when she trotted out the wagon of fat. Unbelievable! We're not to identify with anything external OR with our thoughts, only to the very center of our being. WHAT??? I could just imagine women writing these words of wisdom in their journals, hanging on Oprah's every word. I don't get it at all.
How dare you question the great and powerful O? She knows all, sees all and tells all. Well, as long as it makes her a few bucks or doesn't offend her Scientology friends. Have you not seen her shows where she says she has no ego? I guess you will just have to go back and watch all 4,561 episodes. (Sung to the song from Rent.) That must be a circle in Hell Dante didn't envision.
Well, get ready for round two, cuz she's back for more: Oprah's New Show

Better late then never. It was a nice gesture and I appreciate it! Perfect for the new year!

Since I haven't watched the Great and Powerful O in a bazillion years (I guess it was about the time she lost her ego that I quit watching GOOD GRIEF), I get my O news from The Soup. And it went something like this, "I know I was put on this earth to help you all find your best lives and I have been given so much, and everything you hear I have, I have even more than that, hahahaha . . ." At which point I threw up in my mouth. The woman is insufferable. And frightening, bordering on Jimmy Jones and his People's Temple.
