On Tuesday, Multi-platinum R&B recording artist Mary J. Blige will take the stage for an unforgettable performance singing two songs, "Real Love" and "25/8." Tuesday night's "Macy's Stars of Dance" performance pays tribute the beloved and iconic dance of an entire generation, "The Twist," in celebration of its 50th year mark, featuring Grammy® Award winner, Estelle. Also, pro dancers Val Chmerkovskiy and Peta Murgatroyd reunite with the Troupe for a special performance themed to "Gone with the Wind," as a preview to next week's Movie Scores theme, on "Dancing with the Stars the Results Show," TUESDAY, OCTOBER 4 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Yes, yes, YES!!! Maybe Mark Ballas will get a clue that he's bringing his partners down with all the showboating. One can only hope.

Did anyone else think that Len Goodman was actually going to dance tonight and not do a silly cameo?

Loved Mary J. Blige. She's one of a few performers who have both talent and respect for the show. (Adele's another ... I hope we'll see her back before the end of the season.)

Shocked that both Chaz and Hope escaped tonight. We'll see whether they bring it next week.

Complete BS. Can you say CHER??? I feel awful for Kristin and Mark. This result is completely bogus. I am shocked that it wasn't Chaz or possibly even David (who does NOT look good). Such a shame.

I am stunned by this. There is no way that Kristin and Mark should have gone home. She is a good dancer and I thought that they would be in the finals.

Hope Cher is happy that her little stunt Tweet kept her non-dancing child in there.

As soon as Chaz was announced safe, I started freaking out about Carson/HBIC. And then when he was announced as being in jeopardy, I entered hyperventilation mode, heh. Thank goodness it was Spats Boy who left instead.

Loved the Twist, loved Len dancing to the Twist even more. (ETA: Although I agree with tolliveramc in that I expected to see him do a proper dance. Oh well, the twist is cheesy fun anyway.)

I'm not looking forward to next week's results show, with double the Houghs. Never cared that much for Julianne, and I especially don't want to see her dancing with Derek. Seeing more than one Hough on the same screen gives me creepy Children of the Mormon Corn vibes.

First of all, yay! at my least favorite person being off the show (buh-bye Mark!), but I do feel badly for Kristin going so early (not a super shocking elimination, though, although that may be just because I despise Mark so much).

And Chubby Checker - sounds the same, but looks SO bad. Oh my.

Finally, I feel completely robbed of Len's "dancing" - that little twist shenanigan is NOT a dance. I wanted him (to quote Len himself) to do a proper dance.

Well, I didn't expect that ending. I'm not unhappy but I am surprised. When I saw Hope/Maks in the bottom against Kristin I was sure that Hope was toast.

More than anything I am thrilled Carson and Anna are safe. I've grown ridiculously attached to them. I want them in the final!

Now if only Rob K. could hit the road. *crosses fingers*

Was she a reality star? Wasn't really sure what her "claim to fame" was. She wasn't the worst dancer by any means, but I can't begin to express how happy seeing Mark Ballas and his freakin spats exit in week three makes me. Petty I know, but it's the truth.

Typical DWTS bullshit.

Kristin was a good dancer. Was she going to win? Probably not, but no way should she have gone home before David or Chaz. Chaz is in physical pain...he needs to go.

I've always been a Mark fan and I still am. I've never seen all the negative things that everyone else seems to. And his fellow pros love him (some downright adore him), so there's no way he can be all that bad. I really don't think he had much if anything to do with this elimination.

Suddenly, I'm quite happy the ratings are falling.

Mark is pissed. I think he has turned a lot of people off, and Kristin isn’t exactly all that well-liked or even well-known.

Okay, Chubby Checkers’ jeans were too tight, but he looks, sounds, and moves pretty damn good! His 70th birthday was yesterday.

Wanted to see Len dance a bit longer, especially with all the buildup from Tom.

From the moment Mark and Kristin stood there, not touching, her with an upset face and him pouting, I knew they were gonners and they knew it too. Mark was big time sulking. Tom tried to put a nice spin on it, but woo hoo, spatz boy is out 3rd.

Of course, as much as I'm happy to see Mark go, it should have been Chaz. I love Chaz, but this is just so hard on his body.

And speaking of Mark and Chaz.... when Tom had a bunch of them lined up about midway through the show, Mark stood beside Chaz and seemed only a couple of inches taller, and isn't Chaz like only 5'1"??

Were there others than deserved to go before Kristen based on dancing ability? Yes. But I'm also not surprised to Kirsten go. She's a reality star, and not even really a current reality star? How big could her fanbase be coming into the show? Then on top of that, last night for story night her "story" was about forgoing college to pursue a career in Hollywood. When you put that up against a lot of sob stories or a lot of stories about overcoming adversity it's no surprise that she left tonight. On the other hand, I won't miss Mark.

Can't say I'm surprised that Kristin was eliminated. While she clearly wasn't the worst dancer, she wasn't very entertaining and her scores were not high enough to compensate for her small fanbase.

I swear, Mark never fails to have a douche moment. When they announced he and Kristin were in jeopardy, it was like he could not get away from her fast enough, as opposed to the typical hugging, consoling each other thing we see the couples do in those circumstances. He said all the right things at the end, there, after they were announced as the couple leaving, but his initial reaction to being in jeopardy kind of reminded me of his "I'm not happy with your scores" moment with Chelsea last season. It's about him and his disappointment, when there are two of them on that team.

I got a little emotional over the footage from last night of the whole cast circling around JR after he and Karina did their post-dance interview with Brooke, and also his prolonged hug with Chaz. And I smiled when he zipped right over to Chaz and Lacey when they were announced safe. He has to be one of my favorite people on this show in any season.

I hope all those who are voting for Chaz in this country are happy. Sending home someone who was improving, tons of potential, and had the ability to get 10's down the road.

I hope they all enjoy Chaz's non-dancing.

This is a terrible robbing. Hate Mark or not, you can't deny that a Week 3 exit was too soon for them.

This is my least favorite season. Too many people are voting for bad dancers and it'll get this show cancelled.

Kristin did just fine and did not deserve to go home tonight. Maybe after tonight the judges can stop pimping the Kardashian boy, praising Ricki Lake for nothing and some viewers can start thinking before voting.

We can only hope.

Oh man, that elimination was all sorts of wrong. And I hate Mark.

It's a consolation that I don't have to see his antics anymore, but I honestly feel bad for Kristin. She was such a pleasant surprise, taking direction from both her partner and the judges with such professionalism. And she was quite gracious after their names were called.

Oh joy, another week of watching Chunky and Chunkette dance.

And I love how everything thinks it's so wonderful to have Courtney Cox and Coco in the audience every week supporting David (whose dancing gives me the willies). Well, Coco can't get there herself and how would it look for a Nanny to bring her... so it doesn't carry a whole lot of weight for me.

Well Hope barely escaped, and if she dances like this week, she may very well be gone next week. Cannot believe that Chaz wasn't even in jeopardy. There was a huge gap between Chaz and the other "bad" dancers (Hope, Nancy, Carson, etc.).

Sorry for Kristen but yea for me! Buh bye Marky boy!! Hee!

The twist thing was a riot, very enjoyable. I think Chubby Checker did something to prevent aging because he did not look 70! However, Less Tight Jeans = Better Twisting.....

Enjoyed Mary J and was bored by the Gone with the Wind choreography.

Lastly, thank goodness, Maks' a$$ lives to see another day.

Oh, please - this, to the nth degree. Any vote NOT for Kristin was a vote against Mark. Period. Too bad she couldn't have another partner.

Yep, Cher's tweet certainly sealed the deal for Chaz & Lacey. Which is unfair, and unfortunate. It's a dance competition after all. The best dancers should go forward. Let's hope Lacey makes the most of things next week. It will certainly be Chaz's swan song.

Honestly? When the last 3 couples were standing, I was sure Maks & Hope were leaving. Maks had that look about him. Still in shock here.

LOVED Chubby Checker and Len dancing too. Why can't Carrie Ann & Bruno do a real ballroom dance sometime? That would be lovely.

Nice to hear Mary J. Blige, always. Good dancing by the pros too.

Well my stint with DwtS was brief! I was really only watching for Kristin. I kind of felt like she might go. I always felt her lack of a sympathetic angle was her biggest weakness and last nights theme combined with the judges scoring everyone basically the same (while clearly not believing they were equal...I do not believe any of them thought Carson, Hope, Rob or David's dances were as good as Kristin's) really seemed like a recipe for disaster for her.

But she looked great and no one scored higher than her in the dances she did in all three weeks! So that's something.

As happy as I am to see Mark go, I feel bad for Kristin. Chaz, Nancy, and Rob all need to leave ASAP.

While I think she didn't have the right personality for this show, I can't help but wonder if the theme night hurt her. I would hate to think someone left because they didn't have a compelling enough life story.

I'm just a casual watcher of this show so I'm not sure why everyone hates Mark so much, and I did not know who Kristin Cavallari is, but I quite liked her and I'm really surprised to see her go. I've never seen her before, but she sure can turn on an old-style Hollywood charm. Oh well.

I'm not a fan of Kristin Cavallari. I also don't care for Mark as a pro. However it was wrong that she was sent home tonight on DWTS. Kristin was a pretty good dancer(and she and Mark had scored a 24). I'm not in favor of continuing to watch and vote for celebrities week after week who obviously have zero dancing ability.

It's not fun or entertaining watching bad and weak dancing on a weekly basis. I have never liked when good dancers are sent home while very weak dancers are kept on the show way past their expiration date. In general this season of DWTS is very lackluster. I'm not surprised that the ratings and demos are lower this season.
