Repo Games airs on Spike giving hope to people behind on their car loans.

Spike TV just announced a recession-era game show from the producers of Jersey Shore. Titled Repo Games, the show follows two real-life repo men who give debtors one last chance to keep their cars by playing in a quiz show.

They’re asked five questions, and if they get three answers correct, the car will be paid off on the spot. Answer wrong, the car is towed to the impound lot. It’s “Cops meets Jeopardy,” says the network.

This show didn't have a thread. Well, somebody had to start it!

My son loves this show and there is a certain humor to listening to these people answer questions. My favorite so far is: What continent is Italy and Greece located in? Answer: West. I do think they really over do putting these people down though. They constantly make little jokes about their appearances and intellect and these people seem too dim to even notice. I feel guilty for watching.

Just caught a marathon of this show yesterday on Spike! My favorite question/answer:

Q: What legendary hero hung out in Sherwood Forrest robbing from the rich and giving to the poor?
A: Barack Obama.

Seriously. How can you not love this show?

There was an episode yesterday with a family who looked like they stepped right out of Deliverance. But they won their car. Good on them.
