The rules are simple.

2. You must give points to at least 2 characters each round.
3. You cannot give points to more than 5 characters in a round.
4. You cannot give more than 10 points to one character either way (i.e. you cannot give +11 or -11 points to one character) in a round.

Irina -10
Or

Michael +10
Percy -8
Vlad -10
Robbie -2
Remember: it's an elimination game. The last character standing wins!
