Well, it depends on what you're using to post from luvpoppy.  
 
If you're on a computer, you should have some buttons in the top bar of your reply box.  If you don't then you've turned them off or they were turned off and haven't been turned back on yet.  If no icons:  look directly to the right just under the grey bar and there is a teeny tiny arrow pointing to the left.  Click on it, and it 'should' bring up all your formatting options.  If that arrow is already pointing up, then your icons are there just very faint... look over to the far left hand side, just under the grey bar again, and there is an icon that looks like a single light switch.  Click on that and that should bring them up.

 

IF you're on a mobile device, I don't know how to how you there and you might look to the post-update extravaganza update thread to see what others are doing.  (also under the nuts & bolts section)
