As I just realized while posting in Chase's thread, his name is perfect. What did he do the entire time was Brenda was around? Chase!

I also like Brenda's name, but only because I'm a Tick nerd. In the Tick comics, there are constant references to the shadowy Brenda Corporation that controls everything, or at least partially controls everything. But I know that one's stretching it a bit.

But who else?

How about Colby? The Big Cheese of the Australian Outback, whose subsequent appearances on the show became more and more cheese and less and less substance?

Or Richard? It's too bad he went by his full name. The first winner being named "Rich" would have been great. But how about "Hatch," for a rotund figure from whom most of the season's best strategy emerged?

The fact that Parvati kept getting her name mispronounced by Probst and others to "Poverty", including in the first few episodes of Micronesia, which was fitting in Cook Islands, and became nicely ironic in FvF's outcome.

Shannon who displayed strong gender stereotypes while being named like a girl (which might explaines his need for macho manliness though).

But the best thing I've ever seen comes from JLK confessional thread on Sucks, where he gave nicknames to every contestants this season and one contestant is: Chase "Eat Yo" Rice. I'm sorry, everytime I see this I picture the scene it references to (with Crysta and GC) and I burst out laughing.

(And if we continue with the nickname, Sugar was everything but while Shambo was a true sham)

Over at TVTropes, Sandra Diaz-Twine was labeled Cas(Sandra) because of the way in which nobody on her tribe listened to her when she repeatedly insisted certain guys were bad news (i.e. Jonny Fairplay, Russell) until it was too late.

And wasn't Dolly from Vanuatu a sheep herder? Isn't that kind of appropriate?

Ok, more up-to date:
"Russell" was an annoying little thing in the underbrush, while "Rob" stole the entire game.
Also, "Phillip" was an abnormal-headed tool.

Well...that is all a matter of opinion. It is unfortunate for her though that not only do some people pronounce her name to poverty but her last name is shallow. One of the most unfortunately named contestants only for the pot shots people can take at her.

Another one is Candice Woodcock with emphasis on her last name. Luckily for her she married into a Cody and dropped that name.

I don't know if this fits the purpose of this thread completely but what about Ozzy Lusth? Just drop the "h" from his last name and it becomes "lust" which is a nice throwback to his porno days as well as his semi lusting of Parv in CI and his harem of girls i.e. Alexis and Amanda in Micronesia.
