Remember a engagement or promise ring goes on the left hand nearest the finger to the pinky(ring finger), since you put the ring there because it is closer to your heart.

Question: What can you tell us about the possible relationship between Puck and Quinn on Glee now that he’s been confirmed as her baby daddy? —Caroline
Ausiello: I can tell you that those waters will be tested in episode 11.
Question: Glee is kinda like potato chips. You can’t stop with one chip. Or one spoiler. Can I have another? —Bree
Ausiello: What kind of chips are we talking about? If it’s Lay’s baked barbecue, count me in. On the Glee front, Puck and Rachel will soon discover that they have something in common — other than wanting to see Quinn and Finn broken up.

Official synopsis for the 7th episode of Glee.
SUE AND WILL DUKE IT OUT
To cause dissention among the Glee Club members, Sue forces the students to compete against each other, but the real showdown happens when she and Will get called into the principal’s office. Meanwhile, the Glee kids rally to support Quinn after some shocking news is revealed in the “Takedown”.
I guess the big news might get spilled next week...
And I kept thinking that Finn was the one who slushied Puck in that picture you linked The Sarcaster, but from these others
it must be the guy in the blue shirt.

-Quinn's pregnancy is going public.
-Terri fakes an ultrasound in which she somehow gets the doctor to show footage of another baby and tell Will he made a mistake and his boy is now a girl, since this is apparently what Quinn's having.
