Cher Z perhaps you are gaining a lot of muscle if you're losing inches, etc. I'm still seeing flab even though losing weight. I was hoping to get below 140 this week but we'll see.
Hey thanks, that's happened before but I'm not seeing much muscle tone. Still feel kind of "loose" (although slightly less).
Down to 153. It's a slooowww loss, but at least it's going in the right direction.
