I do want to say how much I love the strong musical theatre presence not only in the premise but also in the stars! It really lends authenticity to the show. And excites proud musical theatre geeks (gleeks?) like myself.

Lea and Jenna have known each other since they were 8 years old - the Broadway community is a small group.
Lea has been in Les Miz, Ragtime, Fiddler on the Roof and of course SA.
Jenna was in the King and I and SA.
And yes kudos to using show tunes.

As much as I love Jane Lynch on this show, I'm pissed at Fox for forcing her to leave "Party Down."

Jane Lynch was awesome in Party Down on Starz playing a struggling actress that was a Cater Waiter. I'm happy she got this role but I will miss her on Party Down.

Did he play the brother that was taken by the wendigo?I've only seen it once, but I still remember Cory Monteith from the Wendigo episode of Supernatural.
This article linked in the Puck thread says that Kevin McHale (Artie) was the delivery guy that Micheal held hostage in the Launch Party episode of The Office. I never would have recognized him.

Jane Lynch has been in almost everything! She's great in all the Christopher Guest movies. She also just played Julia Child's sister in Julie & Julia - it took a few minutes before I recognized her with red hair.

Jayma Mays' first feature film role was as Rachel McAdams' high-end hotel assistant in Wes Craven's 2005 airline-based thriller Red Eye, which I thought was one of Craven's better films. Plus Jayma pops up as a nurse in Flags of Our Fathers, and was the female lead in both Epic Movie and Paul Blart: Mall Cop, neither of which I've seen, thank God.

When was Dianna Agron on Heroes? That makes it four Heroes alumni in the cast, I think?

Season 2 for about 6 episodes. She plays the evil head cheerleader Debbie Marshall at Costa Verde High. (I guess she just has that vibe?)
Yes, that does make 4 Heroes Alums. Jessalyn Gilsig (Meredith Gordon), Jayma Mays (Charlie Andrews), Dianna Agron (Debbie Marshall), Stephen Tobolowsky (Bob Bishop)
Also keep an eye out on the new season of Heroes for Jayma Mays. She reprises her role of Charlie Andrews in Episode 8 "Once Upon a Time in Texas" (set to air in November of 2009) as Hiro goes about on time traveling journey.
In addition to Chuck, as already mentioned, Iqbal Theba also guested on Friends in the episode where Phoebe gives birth to her brothers triplets. He plays the doctor who diagnoses Joey with "Kidney Stones!!"

Jane Lynch was hilarious (as usual) in an ep from the first season of Weeds as an exercise-nut weed dealer known as the Candyman.
