In the commercials, he calls Trump "Donny". Trump does not look happy.

We know from the past that Dice is basically a douche. So presumably that will still be his "shtick".

Dice is 51 years young and hails from Brooklyn, New York. His charity is "Stand Up For Kids". His real name is actually "Andrew Clay Silverstein".

Andrew bugs. Seriously, I remember him from the eighties and he seemed to just fizzle out. Why does he think he is some big thing? Glad he is gone. What a whiner.

It's not a spoiler after the episode airs on the East Coast.

Why does he think he is some big thing?

He doesn't. That's part of his act--the appearance of an overweening ego.

The real guy behind the "act" knows he's a has been. This was just his attempt to revive his career by putting his character back on screen in the over the top way he was famous for. Time has passed him by, so it won't really help him all that much, but in many ways he did what he came for: told people that the "Dice" persona is back, since he's actually spent MOST of the past fifteen years or so as some non-working F-list schmoe named Andrew Silverstein. He's hoping this will get him on "Best Week Ever" and "The Soup" and Kathy Grifen's show and raise him to the D-list for long enough for him to book some bigger club gigs or something.

I've never heard of him before. What a sad act!

I loved it when he was trying to go alpha on Donald and the Trump stared him down and Dice diverted his eyes. He's a big blow hard.

He's a big blow hard.

Well, he's playing one.

The point is that there's no such actual person as Andrew Dice Clay. He's a fictional character a guy named Andrew Silverstein created, who he plays "to the hilt". In many ways it comes off pathetic, but its not due to the guy actually believing he's better than anyone else, or actually wanting women to hate him enough to slap him on sight. It's because "shock comedians" don't age well. Nobody really WANTS to see some 60 year old dude playing a fictional super-letch for 25 years straight.

How do you know? There are many reality contestants who blame editing on how everyone views them. I recognize that Dice has a bit but he could still be a blow hard ass hole in real life and all I have to go on is what I've seen.

Dear Mr. Dice, Silverstein, whateveryournameis: you were not funny in the 80s and you are even less funny now. Please find the rock that's been sheltering you all these years and crawl back under it. Thank you.

I'm glad he is gone. This has been the best decision from the Donald for many episodes to come. Dice has been an overbearing douche-baggy dolt draining the energy out of his group.

He kind of creeped me out, so I'm glad to see him go first.

Can't say I can judge whether he is a nice guy or not since he was in character the entire time. But I'm glad Dice is gone, he's really annoying. If he thought playing the Dice character would revive his career, he's delusional.

I could not believe Trump stooped so low as to have him on the show. Was it his "radio show" popularity that got him on the show? Did he agree to do some shows at Trump Atlantic City? WTF! I cannot stand him. He's creepy, abusive and obnoxious. So glad and relieved he is gone.

Andrew is ALWAYS like that. The guy is never any other way. So he must be that way in private as well. Even on that so-called reality show he had, he was still acting that way. It never stops. It got old a long time ago.

That's the thing with me. I'm no prude (although I recall that some of his stuff was over the top - back in the day), but he is the ultimate has-been. He has not aged well (not that he ever looked good), he isn't funny, and his X-rated Fonzie routines (even watered down) are SO passe'.

I can't understand what rocks did they scrape to get him to crawl out? Sheesh.

Same here. I enjoyed the comedy back in the days but now, the guy lives and talks that way all the time as if he is a walking caricature of himself.

Sad thing is, I really do think that's just HIM. Embarrassing seems to be a word that I'm using over & over in relation to these contestants, and it certainly applies here.

so he he offered him a job.
