I like Southland Tales almost entirely because it contains the line "And what did we do when we discovered the rift in the Fourth Dimension? We launched monkeys into it." Also "Everybody evacuate the atrium and move to the back of the Megazeppelin!"

Sometimes, all you need is a good line or two.

That's one of my favorite quotes. Rob Reiner's story about one of Gotti's men saying that line to him, makes it even better.

Someone mentioned 10 Things I Hate About You in Guilty Pleasures and while that whole movie is quotable, one of my favorites is this---

So many quotes, so little time, but I'll start with Charlie Wilson's War, one of the most quotable movies of last year (no surprise, since it's written by Aaron Sorkin). It's tough to choose a favorite, but up there is when Philip Seymour Hoffman says the following to John Slattery:

"Yeah, well, I'd like to take a moment to review the several ways in which you're a douchebag."

To make this fun, how about we make it a game? Throw out a quote, the person who gets the movie it's from gets to throw out the next one. Nothing too obscure, and we can do a 24-48 hour rule if no one gets it.

Sidenote- I had zero interest in seeing this movie until I heard that quote in a trailer. The words, combined with the image of the person speaking, were very compelling.
