John's returning to The Good Wife
Here's hoping this time he'll have a larger role

My best guess is that the entire episode will be a flashback. Hopefully, whatever it is, he gets more than just five minutes of screen time!

Joshua Jackson in blue jeans and cowboy boots. Every week. I could get used to that!

Anna deserves better than a Ryan Murphy show. HBO is not a guarantee of quality either (I still have mental scars from being bored to death by Tell Me You Love Me).
In better news, http://www.denofgeek...e-to-night-vale, Jasika Nicole is set to be a guest voice on an upcoming Welcome to Night Vale (which for those not in the know, is an incredibly weird and entertaining podcast, done in the style of a community radio broadcast from a small, desert town where the weird and the supernatural are the everyday).

Does anyone remember the name of the pilot years ago that Joshua Jackson was in, that didn't get picked up? I think the network was CBS, and it was a lawyer show. This was after Dawson's Creek but before he was supposed to be on Grey's Anatomy.
I have to think that Showtime, which doesn't have a big slate of dramas (I think), would probably order episodes of "The Affair" unless it's really awful. HBO, on the other hand, probably can pick and choose.
In any case, I'm pleased both actors have landed cable shows. It's less of a grind (less episodes for one thing), and the critics seem to pay more attention to cable shows now, more than broadcast shows.

FYI, Jasika Nicole will guest in the podcast "Welcome to Night Vale" as Intern Dana in tomorrow nights episode. BTW I highly recommend "Welcome to Night Vale". (And I hope Dana escapes from the dog park!)

jipijapa, that show was called Capitol Law (originally titled In the Shadow of the Law, I think. . .or something like that. . .based on a book), and he was the lead. Alan Tudyk was also in it.

In case you were sleeping today and missed the news -
Noble is set for a major recurring role on Fox’s new drama series Sleepy Hollow, co-created/executive produced by Kurtzman and Orci. He will appear later in the season as Henry Parrish, a kind and reclusive man who possesses supernatural powers that have the potential to help the series’ protagonist, Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison).
If his character doesn't get to have awesome super powers, like, lightning coming out of his fingers or something, I want my money back.
I did watch Sleepy Hollow's pilot, which was excessively exposition-heavy to the point of risibility, but let's face it, the entire concept of the show is highly laughable and it's a good thing they're not pretending it isn't. I like the two leads (can't remember the police woman's name, though). Should be fun enough.
They sort of had me when the Headless Horseman let loose with an automatic. Now they've really got me, for better or worse.
PS, I couldn't help noticing the Masked Scheduler's reaction to this news - wow, what a John Noble fanboy he seems to be.

So the 3 main all have jobs again. Yay. The pilot was interesting. It intrigued me to keep watching and now John's addition gives me something to look forward to. Hopefully, the show doesn't stink by time he joins.
Would love to see Blair Brown in something new

John Noble's episode of The Good Wife will be on December 1. (By the way... if you're not watching The Good Wife, consider starting. Yesterday's episode was AMAZING. I am adding it to my permanent live watch list.)
And don't forget, he arrives in Sleepy Hollow next Monday (the 4th)

Nice interview with John Noble about Halloween and Sleepy Hollow:
Is it just me, or does he look like he's lost a lot of weight? (He looks great, though)
He did a conference call today where he let slip that he will likely be back for Sleepy Hollow's second season, as a recurring character. He will be in four episodes this season.

Good news about John Noble and Sleepy Hollow then! I'm on the fence with that show, but I think John will finally sell me on it.

Word from the TCA meeting, where a sizzle reel was shown, is that there is major nudity/sex in this and Josh is... quite involved. (Well, whaddya expect, it's Showtime!)

Lance was on last nights Intelligence basically playing Broyles.

The pilot hasn't even filmed yet? No wonder there was nothing about it at the TCA winter meeting.
I have not seen Lance on Intelligence because I watched the pilot and found it exceedingly dull. I guess it's sort of like Chuck, except boring. Sadly, with the poor ratings, I have a feeling the show won't get beyond 13 episodes.
John Noble was on a Sleepy Hollow podcast yesterday. Recorded here:
Among the news bits: he will be on "a lot" in Season 2, and he is also possibly doing a play in New York in April. He said if the play happens, he won't be doing anything else next year (besides SH), so... hmmm, wow!

Yeah, Anna's pilot was supposed to begin filming on Jan. 22 but I heard its been pushed to Feb. Unfortunately, this means if it gets picked up we won't see it until 2015. I really hope she can do other stuff in between.
So John Noble will be a series regular on SH season 2! Congrats to him. How luck for him that he's got himself on 2 such well loved shows.

Lance Reddick is seemingly everywhere these days: he will be on The Blacklist as a guest, and he's starring in the new Amazon series Bosch.
Also, John Noble's "The Mule" movie will be out this spring.

More on Anna's HBO pilot which just began filming on Feb. 12th. Apparently its going to be an anthology similar to American Horror Story. So the bad news is if it gets picked up Anna may only end up doing one season. Good news I guess she could return for another season as a different character and it does give her a chance to move on to other roles.
