Ed Quinn as Nathan Stark: No, Not That Stark

I like him because while he is a foil for Carter, he is not a villain. He simply can't see beyond whatever his current obsession is. In the 1st season, it was the Artifact. In the second, it was seperating the Artifact from Kevin. He genuinely seems to care for Allison and Kevin. So while he's not necessarily a likable guy, I think he is a good guy. And apparently, some people find him attractive.

Ed Quinn hot? Nah. Hot is not a strong enough word. Have y'all seen his *eyes*?
Ngh.
Also, was it me or was there a reference to Ed Q being, um, endowed pretty generously in the audio commentary for episode 2 of season 1?
All leching aside, the man can act, too.

Thank you thank you thank you! Since I'm not in the US, I have indeed never seen it. Before now, that is! And if someone would say that I've watched it five times in a row, I would tell them that they LIE.
Right, the eight pack abs, that was it. I, too, was distracted by them, or at least the glimpse of them I caught underneath the shirt. Damn the world for inventing clothes.
Anyway, I think Nathan is my favorite character right now, and that's largely because of the small touches Ed adds to the role... I mean, that wink at Fargo's grandfather when he came out of cryostasis? What was that about?

I think he's actually gotten hotter over the break since season two - how is that even possible?
I think he's one of those men that age really well, like Adam Baldwin. Gah.
Just the hotness of Teh Ed is enough to tune in every week. I loved that this ep was Stark-heavy!

I think it's because he looks like a MAN, not a pretty boy actor.
And he IS getting sexier each season. And, like Guinny said, he and Adam Baldwin are aging very well.
Shame that shirtless bed scene was changed. I really wanted to see that.

Yes! Ed is just oozing with manliness. Not in a gross, machismo kind of way; he just exudes masculinity.I think it's because he looks like a MAN, not a pretty boy actor.
I was watching last night with a friend who is not really a fan of the show and she couldn't believe that I was going on and on about how sexy and tall Ed is. She says "Eh, he does nothing for me", and of course, I replied that she must be going blind. But she is one for the pretty boy actors, so I shouldn't really be surprised.
And speaking of Ed's height, does anyone know how tall he is? I have read 6'4" and 6'6". I am more inclined to think it's the latter. I always get a kick out of how much he towers over everyone else he shares the screen with.

It's got to be the smile and/or smirk. He's just so hot and he the snarkier Nathan gets the hotter Ed he looks. I still get giddy thinking about the regression episode, and how cute Ed/Nathan looked in that episode.I think he's actually gotten hotter over the break since season two - how is that even possible?

That man's eyes should be illegal. They do things to me. Legal things, because I am of age. Although I'm fairly sure a few of these things are illegal in some states *winks*
Is there any type of clothing that guy does not look scorching in? Love him in a suit, in jeans, in a track suit (apparently), half-nekkid...

Seriously, how cute was that?
I really like Nathan's character, it can't be said enough. He could be this one-note romantical and plot foil for Carter but he's so much more.
Man I'm glad my little show is back.

Just when you thought it wasn't possible to love him more, along comes the puppy picture. By the way, I love this thread, cuz I looove Ed Quinn and it's nice to come here and share the love with people who appreciate the hotness and perfection that is EQ.

Ed Quinn does love dogs, especially little ones. Here's a picture of Ed and his min-pin, Newt when he was a puppy.
Oh my God, you made my day! How did you find that one? And he's NEKKID! Such a very cute doggie, looks a lot like mine, even though mine are probably twenty times as big ;-) Same color, same bright and smart eyes... lovely! (And no, mine are not Rotties or Dobers)
I totally agree about sharing the love. He's just... perfect. Those eyes. The voice. The smirk. Gah. Plus, more importantly, he seems like a really nice, down-to-earth and intelligent guy. And a great actor. For Pete's sake, he made House Of The Dead 2 bearable! That is, if you're not afflicted with an irrational fear of zombies, like myself ;-)
Great comedic timing, as well. When Carter and Stark start in with the snark, they are on FIRE.

Here's another swoon-inducing link. EQ Interview on Extra
I don't know how one human being can be so freakin' sexy and fulfill every desire I ever had in a man, but there he is in all his perfection like Michelangelo's David come to life.
p.s. I'm going to take a leap of faith based on your recommendation and just added House of the Dead 2 to my Netflix queue.

Does anyone know if he's coming back?
