There's a story of dubious authenticity that says a television listing once summarized The Wizard of Oz thus: "A young girl is transported to a strange country where she kills the first person she encounters, then teams up with three strangers to kill again." Insane, misleading, but not technically inaccurate. Which is exactly what we're going for in this game! Here's how it works: Someone picks a TV series, miniseries, or TV movie, and writes a summary for it that is completely true, but still doesn't really capture the concept. Everyone else tries to guess, and the first person to guess correctly does the next write-up. Here's your first one:

A man hallucinates both an alternate world filled with "friends" and invisible companions which he visits with. None of his real friends express any concern that he may be psychotic, and several of them actually play along with his delusions.

That's what makes this game fun, Demian. There are sometimes so many possibilities that are oh-so-close to right. And it's challenging trying to figure out how to warp the premise of a TV show that is well-known into something sick and twisted.
