Gregg's & Nene's divorce seems like it was to protect her new earnings. Nothing wrong with that. If Nene wants to play it up as more than that on the show, well, I guess that's good practice for her acting. Which is pretty lame but then again, someone gave Chelsea Handler a sitcom and that girl can't act either.

JET editor-in-chief Mitzi Miller co-hosted the event with "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey in hopes of finding women that "embody the look and spirit of the 'Beauty Of The Week.'"

Approximately 40 bikini-clad beauties lined up outside The Bailey Agency School of Fashion for a chance to make their JET "Beauty of The Week" dreams come true.

Miller and Bailey shared their judging duties with Q Parker, formally of the R&B group 112, and Kenya Moore -- a former JET "B.O.W" and Miss USA, who is rumored to be joining Bailey as the newest cast member on the "Real Housewives Of Atlanta."

ITA. I still feel some kind of way about her and that pizza CEO (gag), but if Gregg is okay with it, that's their business. Since they've been photographed together sans the children, I feel like it's safe to say they will never truly be over.

I never believed they were a "couple" but couldn't understand why he was showering her with all these expensive presents when you never saw them anywhere out together as a couple. Evidently, BRAVO had to know the true reasons behind her upcoming "divorce" and scripted the role for NeNe and the pizza CEO to act out in front of the cameras to throw everybody off.

I'm no fan of NeNe but I don't blame her for doing what she had to do. That's her money she made on her own. I wouldn't want to give up my six figure income, or part of it, because of my husband's debt especially if I didn't help put him in debt....or did she? lol

I am finding the whole NeNe and Greg and NeNe and John things rather sleazy. I think that NeNe (allegedly) getting a divorce so that she is not on the hook for Greg's debt is foul because presumably she was a beneficiary of the misspent funds. I believe Greg when he said that he spent $300K or some other large sum to help jumpstart her career. NeNe was a SAHM and yet she would fly out to LA for pilot season. Also NeNe ran in "elite" Atlanta circles and forged relationships with ath-a-letes wives like Lisa and Sheree as well as a real estate mogul's mistress. And worst of all NeNe and Greg dragged their young son into their ruse.

Anyhoo, congrats to NeNe on her pilot getting picked up.

Wasn't NeNe's big "I have never done you wrong" speech to Greg that he should not be quantifying what he did for her because he was her huuus-band and that is what he was supposed to do.

I got to give it to Nene. She is hustling to turn her 15 minutes into a legit career. Actually it seems all of them are leveraging their fame for greater things except Sheree & Kim. Well, at least Kim tried to but now she's set with Kroy. I just don't get why Sheree never took full advantage of her fame while she could but when I think about it I guess Nene never hustled so hard until last year after Bravo showed no one was irreplacable and fired, Jill, Alex & Kelly from RHONY. I remember her even saying that Bravo's move scared her. I guess Sheree never thought it would happen to her...

Marlo isn't coming back. Kenya is Shereé's replacement, although Nene set the record straight on Twitter by saying that she doesn't know Kenya and that she didn't get her on the show.

Does that mean if they remarry each other her income cannot be touched if he filed bankruptcy?

I thought he put out a bunch of money during season 1 & 2 to make it look like they were "the Joneses".

I think Gregg spent a lot of his income (at one point he was successful enough) to help Nene's career, and her acquiring connections, and he accumulated debt when he couldn't maintain the same level of income anymore. I don't particularly like it that they probably divorced because she didn't want to be responsible for his debt that she mainly created. Nene reportedly earned $750,000 from filming the last season of the show (the amount might be even higher for the season that started being filmed recently), and this is for filming some hours per day a few days a week for three to four months maximum. She has income from appearing on Glee, from all kinds of other promos/appearances, and the business ventures with John. So, she doesn't want this income touched in order to satisfy previous debt. As for John (sleazy, or not), it seemed to me that he liked her- he is not such a great actor.

I don't understand Sheree either. Even Kim who managed to latch into Kroy, is still on the Atlanta HWs, she will probably squeeze a second season out of Bravo for her own show that seems to have decent ratings, and she will utilize every offer she receives.

I heard Sheree, on Tom Joyner I think last week, and she was saying that she has several projects that she is busy working on & it was time for her to go. Earlier, in the season, I had heard a rumor that she & Kandi were on the chopping block because their stories weren't that interesting. Guess Sheree's part was true. Did Lisa get fired or did she quit on her own? So Kenya Moore is replacing Sheree? I wonder how she'll represent herself. She's my favorite Miss USA, but this show isn't as good as it used to be. Don't know if I'll continue to watch it. I really think that they need new people(other than Phaedra).

Phaedra was accused of engaging in and facilitating criminal activity. Nevertheless your point is well taken and the amount of the lawsuit suggests to me that she and her lawyers are being dramatic. I would not be surprised to see the lawsuit being covered on next season's show.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak just dug herself a hole to China by telling us Monday she is not living in her home illegally -- turns out, what she told us was a big fat LIE, because TMZ has the lease.

Kim is embroiled in a verbal war with her landlord, Kendra Davis. As we reported, Davis has said she's trying to evict Kim because she has no right to live in the house and won't pay rent. For her part, Kim insisted she's paid every cent of the ren and the lease was still in effect.

So here's the smoking gun ... According to the lease, either Kendra or Kim had a right to terminate the lease by giving written notice 30 days before May 30. If no one gave notice, the lease would be extended beginning in June on a month-to-month basis.

But here's the deal ... Someone did give 30 days notice -- AND IT WAS KIM AND HER HUBBY!! Take a look at Kroy Biermann's email to the landlord dated March 29, 2012. So the lease officially terminated May 30 -- so she lied to us when she said it was still in effect.

It's now June 5 and Kim and Kroy are still in the house. Under the lease, they're considered squatters -- i.e., illegal tenants -- and the lease says they are required to pay $600 for every day they illegally stay. The landlord says they haven't paid $600 a day, so it appears Kim also lied to us when she said she was totally current on rent.

The landlord gave us a letter that she sent Kim and Kroy today ... telling them they're in the house illegally and must vacate immediately, and if they don't she'll see them in court.

Calls to Kim weren't returned. Pants on fire, Kim.

4:28 PM PT -- Kim now admits she hasn't been paying the $600-a-day penalty for staying past the lease term, but says she plans to make a lump sum payment when she finally moves out ... which she says will be ASAP.
