I can totally see Theresa and Danielle kissing and making up, then joining forces to fight Caroline ("The enemy of my enemy is my friend").
I can't see that happening because Teresa will never ever admit that she is at fault or that she has behaved badly. She sat there with her mouth shut while SleazyGuy approached Melissa at the fashion show and didn't once mention that she had met him earlier that day or that she knew exactly what he was going to say. It was just 'feel my heart, it's beating so fast'. ALL ABOUT TERESA.
I've always thought that Dina was behind the big Teresa/Danielle beef. Dina sees herself as New Jersey's answer to Grace Kelly and something about Danielle offended her refined sensibilities. Dina's the one who summoned Danielle to meet with her so that she could tell Danielle that she didn't want to have anything more to do with her. That's shows a pretty high level of arrogance. Somehow, somewhere, Dina's developed this belief that she's superior, that she has 'taste' (all evidence to the contrary). A coarse, peasant like Teresa would be putty in someone like Dina's hands. All Dina had to do was wind her up and point her in Danielle's direction. Teresa was Dina's own personal pitbull. And Dina appears to be a pretty shrewd judge of character because she rewards Teresa with the one thing that that pathetic soul craves more than anything. Dina chooses Teresa first, even before her own brother and sister. I think the key to Teresa's pathology is that she isn't first with anybody or at anything. She's not the prettiest, certainly not the smartest. She isn't the richest. Her husband doesn't put her first. Her brother has committed the cardinal sin of putting his wife ahead of Teresa and she seems hell-bent on doing whatever she can to destroy his marriage because of it. Teresa practically wet her pants anticipating Dina showing up at her book signing. And Dina acted as if she was the Queen of Jersey making a royal visit.
The only way Teresa makes up with Danielle is if Dina says it's okay. And I don't see that happening.
