I've deleted the old Announcement thread in General Gabbery, and posted a new one, with a consolidated list of forum specific stuff. Even if you only ever post in the character and actor threads, please make sure you read the new thread today, and regularly.

The Ask the Mod thread is also new, but that's not required reading.

The Sam and Dean threads are being closed for an undetermined length of time. The threads were becoming copies of each other. Without looking at the thread title, it would be impossible to tell whose thread you were in 90% of the time. At that point, what's the purpose of having individual threads? Then on top of that, there were many posts (and still are--I haven't finished deleting) that were the kind of "X is better than Y!", tit-for-tat, Brotherly Bonds, pissing contest stuff that Barnes was trying to curb in the announcement thread mentioned above.

So, if you want to discuss the general multi-character storylines of the season(s), and all of that kind of thing that many of you were discussing in the brothers' threads, then please do so in the General Gabbery area, keeping in mind Barnes' still-applicable rules.
