Is this the right place for this?

I went to reread some of the old TAR recaps, and none of the season 3 recaps are loading. Also, the two India legs of Season 4 both have multiple copies of pages - but not extras. We get three pages describing the RoadBlock in episode 6, but nothing after that, including the elimination.

There's a link in the first graph on this page pointing to the old-style url of a page in a previous recap.

Season 1, Episode 12 of Joan of Arcadia recap, there is a broken link at the top of the page. It's to link to something on November 22, 2000. But it just takes you back to the main page.

[I think that's part of the same mapping/indexing issue. I'll ask if we have an ETA on when it'll be done, though, because it's been a while now. -Strega]

Update: They're trying to fix things so that inappropriate page breaks like this don't happen (they're set automatically), and using this as a test/example instead of fixing it manually. So this instance will probably stay goofy a bit longer but it's not because we're ignoring it. - Strega]

After that I stopped checking, but it appears every cross link to other recaps is bad.

Are these just collateral damage, or are they going to be fixed at some time?

I'm not trying to nag, but if you say "most have been fixed" then that doesn't gibe with my experience.
Since I'm watching DVDs and downloads, I'm generally lookng at older recaps. I find a lot of broken links. I noticed the Buffy ones were broken last year and though the pages have been reformatted, all the links are still broken, in every recap. In fact, none of the recaps I've looked at have cross links actually work. Including those when links are made to forum posts.

Gweilo - I'm sorry I wasn't clear. Let me try again: Old links were done in a variety of different systems. Some old links can be remapped automatically; most of those have been fixed already. I'd say they all have, but it's possible that something was missed since there were some cases where we had to republish articles.

Some links cannot be remapped automatically, because they were done in older systems that we used years back. Those will have to be handled manually.

I don't know which of those categories the Jericho link falls into, but since March of last year we've restructured the editorial pages twice. The Buffy links definitely fall into the second category.

Apologies if this is no longer something you want reported but I was reading an old Dawson's Creek recap (season 5 ep. 3 aka Ice Cream Kills) and there are a few pages that are only maybe 10 lines and others that are several paragraphs long. Page 14 of that recap is the really short one I believe. Again sorry if this is something no longer being worried about. Thanks!!

We do want to fix that stuff -- it's a problem with the way the software "builds" pages and assigns page breaks that they are still fighting with. I'll ask for an update and add those examples to the list, thanks.

All of the TWoP-related links in the recaps of the first season of Battlestar Galactica are out of date. (It could be the case for subsequent seasons, but I've only read the ones for season one so far.)

Should we still be reporting recaps that have bad TWoP cross links? I was reading Mad Men season 1 recaps and episodes 7 through 13 all have broken links. Also, page 5 of the 5th episode, although oddly there are other TWoP links in that particular recap that work just fine.

All of the links to other TWoP pages that are within the Battlestar Galactica recaps seem to be outdated. Well, through the end of season 2 anyway, since that's as far as I've gotten.

I've been rewatching The West Wing, and all the links to other recaps seem to point nowhere - at least through season 4. Is it better if we post every link, or does a blanket announcement like this one work?

I know this is a big task to fix and it's not a big issue at all, but pretty much all of the links in Miss Alli's Survivor recaps don't work (by this I mean links to other pages such as references - the actual page to page links work fine). I've recently read seasons 9 (only the last 2 episodes), season 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and any time she refers to another TWOP page it doesn't work and goes to a TWOP error page. Again this is not a huge deal but I thought I'd mention it.
