You can find tons of articles and interviews in the old thread. Here's one that hasn't been posted:

Diane Werts of NY Newsday gives the show a positive review, although she thinks it could be confusing to those who haven't seen the films.

Or [...] the show could neatly balance the two, turning into a sort of Earth-based "Battlestar Galactica," providing sci-fi action thrills while delving into the souls of folks who face life-or-death dilemmas with not just bravery but also introspection.

That last option is only hinted at in Sunday's rock-'em-sock-'em series premiere, but it's fleshed out to rich fruition in Monday's time-period debut. Fox has smartly scheduled them back-to-back to swiftly show how smart its "Terminator" can be.

Couple of more reviews of the premiere:

A positive review from BlogCritics Magazine.

Tampa Bay Online likes the first two episodes, but doubts that the quality can be maintained. They predict a Bionic Woman-like decline for TSCC.

Medial Life Magazine write-up.

The Buffalo News piece is too sexy for its ink and vaguely sexist, to boot. Any writer who holds up Heroes as a paragon of 'complicated' [sic; 'complex'] and intelligent teevee deserves to be mocked at every turn.

A positive review from USA Today that compares TSCC favorably to the struggles of Bionic Woman in bringing new life to an established franchise.

San Jose Mercury News: 'Chronicles' banks on appeal of 'Terminator'
Charlie McCollum thinks the first two episodes are pretty good.

Seattle Post-Intelligencer: Mindless fun isn't the end of the world
Melanie McFarland gives a so-so review and says it shows little promise.

SF Chronicle: 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles' is a running gag
Tim Goodman calls it a "failure."

Interestingly, both Ellen Gray of the Philadelphia Daily News and Maureen Ryan of the Chicago Tribune review T:SCC alongside PBS's adaptation of Persuasion which airs on Masterpiece Theatre Sunday. I'm looking forward to watching both, but I certainly wouldn't attempt to compare the two.

The new Entertainment Weekly (with Keira Knightley and James McAvoy on the cover) has a big 4-page article on T:SCC. I can't find it on their website yet, but it will probably go up soon.

I think the reviews have been great - and I can't wait to finally see it. They definitely seem to think it blows away Bionic Woman. The fact that they say that episode #2 is great too also gives me hope!!!!!

He's not fond of Lena Headey's portrayal of Sarah, calling her a "charisma vacuum."

Lena Headey [...] lacks both the muscles and intensity. One or the other might be forgivable, but not both.

I'm so excited about these reviews. I loved the (first) pilot and want this show to succeed so badly. Hopefully, the more casual viewers will agree and stay with the show. I so want this to get at least another, full season.

The writer's exact words are:

[T:SCC] isn’t as complicated as “Heroes” — or as smart.

Oh please. Heroes is a tv version of a comic book. There isn't any real depth. Heroes tries to hard to be as "complicated" as LOST but just ends up sounding like a superhero soap.

Hopefully T:SCC will do better. If they keep it with just a few characters and focus on giving them depth and growth, T:SCC could do amazingly well.

Heroes is a tv version of a comic book.

I think that's kind of an insult to comic books, because at least they have interesting character development from time to time. Character development is what I hope this show will have over Heroes, which just meanders around putting its 50 beautiful-but-depthless characters in increasingly more ridiculous situations.

As a comic book reader, I would have to agree. I've read plenty of comic books with brilliant writing. What Heroes is a TV version of is a fairly poorly-written superhero comic from one of the big two companies. (Not that the big two haven't produced really great comics, but they also produce a lot of mediocre crap.) Heroes even has some of the same writers that I can't stand in comics, like Jeph Loeb. And let me say: it's a dead on imitation. Right down to the subtle (or not so subtle) sexism.

Not that I don't watch Heroes. I do. But it's just sort of okay. Not anything outstanding or highly intelligent (good lord, does their science suck!) or complex. I think T:SCC has far more potential in that regard.

Damn. I'm trying to find a bigger image of the TV Guide cover to post. Amidst my searching I found these.

Official episode stillss from Ep 3. Is that Catherine Dent?

A pic and tiny interview from InStyle mag. Courtesy of imaginemeandyouthemovie.

Segment about the show from E!News and Extra. The E! part has a casting spoiler, but is otherwise harmless. If you can get past Seacrest saying "nerdgasm" it's worth the watch just to see the outfit TD is sporting. WTF?!

The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly (with Conan O'Brien on the cover), has a review of the show on the front of their TV section, and they give T:SCC a solid B+. The pretty much love both Lena Headey and Summer Glau in their roles, and even said they've already formed a Themla and Louise-like chemistry. Unsurprisingly though, there one big negative is that they also find John whiny, and they find it hard to invest in the character, compared to the two women. But overall, a pretty positive review.

Some analysts pick Fox as the network that will be least damaged by the strike, and not just because "American Idol" is back... The midseason drama "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" had the strongest debut of any new series this season.
