Hi everyone! I'm your new section moderator, TWOP Pembleton. You may know me from my moderation of other sections around here, or you may know me as Kim, happy weecapper and recapper of so many shows it makes me tired to think about listing them.

Anyway, I'm here. I'm pretty laid back when it comes to forum moderation and prefer to let things play out, but obviously will step in when needed. If you have questions for me, you can always PM me, or just post questions in this thread as needed.

I'm sure you've all read the FAQ, and if you haven't, you should. The things I tend to gives notes/warns for most:

• Attacking the poster instead of the post
• Boards-on-boards (for ex. "What's with all the hate/love for..." or "I don't get why everyone thinks..."). Just state your opinion and don't worry about taking the temperature of the thread.
• Topic drift. We have a lot of threads; make sure you're posting in the appropriate one.

If I give you a note or a warning, it's just that -- a little reminder about the rules. I don't hold grudges -- everyone gets off track sometimes and needs a little nudge. If you don't understand why you got the warning or note, just ask me via PM, but if it only happens once in a blue moon, it's seriously nothing to worry about.

As far as everything else goes, it's the Apprentice. It's not rocket science. I've seen every season and I've even used some episodes in the college classes I teach to demonstrate (lack of) communication, so I'm a fan too.

At tone's suggestion, I just merged the old Omarosa thread with the new one, instead of having two threads. Title is the same, but if you want to look back and laugh or cry at what everyone had to say about Omarosa in the past, now you can do it in one location.

In the old Omarosa thread the her title had :Racist Plaster's Out To Get Me.

Is it possible to add that to her current thread? I know it's outdated but I spit water all over my comp when I read that.

I think I'm going to keep it the same -- the old title is funny, but it's also kind of outdated and people who never watched S1 won't get the reference. Maybe you could just say it in your mind when you read the thread title? I'd hate to ruin your computer.

I'm anal, but shouldn't the title of 8-4 be 'Video Phone Challenge,' not 'Video Camera'?

Probably. NBC doesn't give titles to the episodes, so I just make up titles based on the (pretty lame) episode descriptions. I'll change it.

Are we going to get a poll about who we thought should have been fired after the Jewelry challenge? I know it kind of went inbetween episodes, but I'm just curious to see how people would vote!

I must be dense, because I didn't find the new threads for current apprentices when I searched for them, and started my own for Richard Hatch. How do I remove it, or can you do it for me, please? I am so sorry. For some reason, I have more problems navigating Survivor than I do any other topic.

I closed your thread and put a link to the right place (before I saw this post, actually). Threads for the Current Apprentices go in the subforum called Current Apprentices. If you go to the main forum page, and click on The Apprentice, then click on Current Apprentices, and Bob's your uncle.
