Has anyone seen any evidence that Brian (the one with the moustache) has a lick of sense? Today, Brian defended the random musings of overindulged child Jaden Smith. Apparently, Smith thinks education is a waste of time - or to be avoided - or some such. Brian misconstrued Jaden's position (though he defended Jaden to the hilt) and when Harvey and Charles distinguished what Jaden actually said, and what Brian (mis)interpreted it to mean, Brian couldn't listen or stop yammering long enough to grasp what they'd told him.
How can TMZ trust Brian to accurately report any story? I don't find him purposefully deceitful, but over time, he's repeatedly mistated or misconstrued statments (which shows a lack of attention to detail or comprehension problems) or he's made statements that highlight his lack of perspective or experience (which shows a lack of ability to judge these "events.")
And why the heck does TMZ (or anyone) care what a kid like Jaden thinks anyway? In the past, TMZ breathlessly reported on Jaden's "dates" with 16-year old Kylie Kardashian (another braintrust.) Again, who cares? TMZ is doing them no favors. If one (or both) think they're too cool for school, well, maybe they're just kids who may someday regret the attention given to their immature musings or antics. Or they may proudly continue to be as dumb as rocks. And what's next? Reporting on which toddlers got together for playdates and what Suri thinks about the state of the U.S. economy?
