The only gen so far is Five Movies Tracey Jordan Had Starred In.

Although, the early stuff (I think, pre-Hiatus, which made all the shippers salivate) is mostly gen, even though it's technically marked as (most often) Jack/Liz. Quite funny and in-character, too.

Like a raisin in the sun - a Liz/Gretchen AU in which Gretchen becomes Liz's new boss. Obviously a bit of wish fulfillment going on.

On the non-shippy side, I think I'd want to see some exploration of how Liz and Jenna first met and became friends in Chicago. I also want someone to write about the night Kenneth was unwitting gaybait for Will Arnett.

The "Like a Raisin in the Sun" fic was really well done. All the characters acted and spoke exactly how they do in the show. I give special props for the bit where Jenna contemplates seducing Gretchen for a raise ("What if I actually slept with her? You know, full on Gia style? Or, you know what, I saw Bound. I know what to do."), and for having Gretchen's new girlfriend as an exact clone of Olivia Benson. Genius.

I haven't read much 30 Rock fic, but That Hot Girl, a Liz/Gretchen tied into the episode "Jack the Writer" is so damned good I have it bookmarked and re-read it every few months.
