Blair has gone from an active character, constantly engaged in a fight with the world around her, to a passive victim. When things used to go wrong for Blair Waldorf she would wipe her tears and plot revenge.
So...how is this unique to this season? She was sold for a hotel and went back to Chuck. In season three. She was physically assaulted by Chuck and went running back to him. In season four. When things went wrong for her in these cases, where was the revenge? Where was the plotting? Even in season one when he compared her to a horse and helped to shatter her world, where was the takedown?
Blair's problem this season has been a lack of a point of view, but the other stuff? No, that's been a problem for a long time before now.
How is it that suddenly these are problems in season five when they've actually been problems since about season two?
