Omigod. I normally avoid spoiler discussions like the plague, but I just checked the recurring characters on IMDb, and discovered that a longstanding wish is going to happen: We're about to get the return of Sonny, unseen since the pilot. In the two-part season 3 opener, "My Name is Inmate #28301-016." I'm squeeing like a little fangirl.

09/17 - Episode 3.05: Little things, such as not being allowed to have his own toenail clipper, make Earl ponder on how much his friends must be missing him. Earl meets the warden for the first time. Randy tries to get arrested so he can get closer to Earl. [Note: Some of this could happen in episode 3.03.]

According to spoilerfix, Earl will be out of jail for Xmas. I wonder if that's permanently or temporarily? I'm surprised no one has posted this? I'm also surprised this thread is so quiet! No one here likes MNIE spoilers I take it?

Aw, good. If Earl is out, I assume it would be for good. I don't think they let you out of prison unless you're staying out. I guess there are only so many plots you can come up with for a guy in prison. Unless you're writing for Oz.

I've come across the first "sides" for the return episode.

Here are the details: Earl is still unconscious and dreaming about what life would be like being married to Billie. Billie is also unconscious.

In one dream sequence Earl and Billie are interviewing for a maid, Randy is living with them and Billie can't stand the mess. The 2 maid candidates are Catalina and a "less attractive" woman, who can actually do the job. Earl says the decision is up to Billie. She says "Let's go with the hot one." Earl responds "Baby, your the greatest." I bring this up wondering, since it is a dream, if there is a scene later on with Earl dreaming about Catalina and Billie getting it on with eachother. I hope so. Seeing Alyssa and Nadine making out with eachother would have to be hot!!!!

The other part of the episode detailed in the sides involves Randy, Joy, Darnell and Catalina rescuing an unconscious Earl from a crazy lady truck driver. It's not clear in the sides, but some how, while Earl is on a stretcher at the scene of the accident, his stretcher ends up crashing into and getting stuck in the grill of a large truck. The truck's female driver later discovers the unconscious Earl and uses him as a sex toy. The gang later finds her and takes Earl back while she's shooting at them.

That is all the sides detail so far.

Paris Hilton with "guru" from MNIE

Last night the "Daily 10" said Paris Hilton (America's Celebutante!*) will appear on MNIE to Earl while he is unconcious.
I get it now. This is a plot aimed at convincing me that Alyssa Milano is not the worst person to be on Earl.

According to Seth Green's official website, he's going to be on Earl next season as a former Make-a-Wish kid whose dream of starring in an action movie was ruined by Earl.

Wow, it's been a -long- time since anyone has posted in the spoilers for MNiE! Ah well, at any rate, I have (misfortunately for me!) caught a couple of NBC's promos for tonight's MNiE and instead of being pissed at NBC, I'm quivery excited at the possibility of finding out more of Darnell's backstory!! Danny Glover as Darnell's Dad! I wonder too if this will be the impetus to bring Darnell, Joy and the kids (and now Mr. Turtle too, of course) back to Camden?! Oh yeah! :)
