There was something creepily JonBenet-ish about that float performance rehearsal.

I loved Margene's second "No" when Barb asked her if Ana has led to this new obstreperousness. It was like, "I don't know what that means, boss lady, but I know I'm not doing it!"

The Nikki shaving Roman scene reminded me of Whoppi Goldberg shaving Danny Glover in The Color Purple.

So much so fast! My head is spinning – I think mostly from seeing Albie as the object of hot womanly desire.

Bill showed a little more integrity than I had come to expect of him. Until he didn’t.

I thought Sarah was going to get in her car and make her escape. Come to think of it, maybe that’s exactly what she did.

Was I supposed to find the dancing Jon Bennet’s cute? Perhaps it is just me but that kind of thing always makes me uneasy.

“Church of Dad doesn’t count.” Sing it sister. Sarah just breaks my heart and I noticed that she was not at the family get-together in the end.

Please tell me that Alby and his wife did not do it in the bed where Roman soiled himself? Sigh, sick as those two are they probably did.

Nikki may be a bit nuts but somewhere along the way she became the wife that I most like. Margene has been really irritating this year and Barb has thoroughly screwed up her kids which pisses me off. At least Nikki is consistent and she actually believes in the life that she lives.

I guess that Bill finally got his revenge on Roman; I can’t wait to see how this bites him in the ass because Alby is insane. I am not happy that Bill still has Weber gaming, seeing him end the season happy was not good. I really wanted to see his sanctimonious ass get taken down. Oh well, there is always next year.

I'm glad to see Barb back on top--Nicki and Margene would be lost without that "uppity thing" she has going on. It's sad to see her go against everything she knows is right, but she might as well be good at it if she's going to do it.

After a season of soul searching and questioning Barb came down on the side of Bill and her marriage. Oh Barb, you are so much better than this. But at least she will stop waffling - she's sure now. Sarah gives me hope!

Best episode of the season! Best episode of the series! And, Nikki just had to goad Alby with the fact that Roman was returning. Did she realize what a stupid thing that was to do? Alby tried to kill there father. I don't think he was going to have his arms wide open for Roman's return. Nikki seemed smarter than that. I don't think I'm liking the new Margene. Ana, I'm glad to see her again. It was a nice surprise. The dynamic of a fourth someone backing up Margene was very interesting.

My heart hurt when Sarah was crying for Benny because she couldnt save him....she totally lost faith and decided nothing mattered anymore, even her own viriginity.

I was so proud of Barb on so many levels tonight, but especially when she took Margene by the hand and outed them to Pam. And in my mind, she has every right to ask to be first wife in every way. She's earned it.

What REALLY confused me is Bill making out with Ana in the pantry, then NOTHING ELSE being said about it the whole show! WTF????

Jumping in just to say one of my absolute most favorite songs -- the Cowboy Junkies' version of "Sweet Jane" -- is now tainted forever by creepy, pedophile sex. She's still seventeen, Scott! Poor Sarah continues to break my heart on a weekly basis.

Lois is rivaling Alby for diabolical genius. If the two of them ever make amends and team up, it will be like Cheney levels of evil.

Glad to see Matt Battaglia as Alby's hottie cop lust object. He wears uniforms really well.

The first half was better than the last half, and overall I was expecting a much better finale,especially given the promo build-up.

Heather refering to Roman as Count Dracula was laugh out loud worthy. I also feel for Sarah that scene with Ben was so heart breaking. She knew that she couldn't save him and that she was going to have to let go of him. That had to be extremely painful for her.

How about that Alby with the counter-counter-stroke on Bill's counter-stroke of returning Roman? I was so surprised that Alby would actually think of something as smart as turning Roman in to the cops for violating the Mann Act (had to explain what that was to DH - hee!) but I was giving him the Bravo Well Played applause for that one.

*small voice* I hope Joey doesn't go to jail!

Fingers crossed that Sarah has left them, although I'm not sure where she'd go. Heather's family? Which begs the question -- what about that no-good sociopath Rhonda? I suppose we'll be seeing a courtrooom drama with her testifying against creepy old Roman next season, eh?

So many great scenes (it was Lois who got Crazy!Wanda! to poison her enemies) and lines ("The Church of Dad doesn't count" was absolutely perfect). And damn if Margene isn't completely f-ing out of control.

Me all during the credits: Is Ana still in the kitchen pantry, waiting to make out with Bill some more?

Now to wait impatiently for next season......

Sure, Bill says he'll honor Barb and put her first, but how long will that last? Well, it really won't matter once Barb discovers Ana and Bill have rekindled their fling, and that Bill was dating her to begin with.

I can't believe Bill trumped Roman. That. Does not. Compute. And I can't believe Bill won't suffer the consequences with how he entangled himself in that power struggle with the Greenes and Roman.

Alby has to have a downfall, too. I'm guessing Bill will sic the FBI on him at some point.

We have a new gun that was introduced in the first act, never to be seen again--the antifreeze. I'm guessing Wanda will poison herself at the beginning of next season, or she'll murder Kathy. Speaking of Kathy, it was interesting seeing her in the bed with Wanda. It appears Joey's affection for her is just that of a very close friend.

I loved all three scenes with Lois: the one at the beginning with the blind board member (the way it was shot and cinematography looked like something out of Carnivale (how I miss you, Carnivale!)); Lois's scene with Wanda where she smuggled in the antifreeze (hilarious at first, then terribly ominous); and Barb challenging her and telling her to shut it.

Oh, Ana, it was so obvious when you told Margene you had a new man that you hadn't gotten over "Phil." Alas, it looks like you've been hooked by that scuzzball, and it might already be too late for me to tell you to "RUN!"

On a happier note, it appears Sarah is completely over her father. Loved Heather's "He's Dracula!", and Sarah's mocking him (though I did feel a wee bit bad for Nicki there).

I felt so bad for Barb. Here she thought she was making big strides in outing herself and her family, while her husband was making out with Ana in the closet. Bill pretended to give her clout as first wife by being on the board of weber gaming, but he is still going to go against her wishes about a fourth wife. The only one with any sort of power is Bill. How sad.

I think Ana should be running from Barb if anybody. Barb made it pretty clear that she NEVER wants a fourth. Bill tried to get around it of course, but she made it clear a fourth is not something that is going to happen. Bill does whatever the hell he wants though so Barb's word pretty much mean nothing when it comes to Bill's wants. I like Ana being around though. I just don't like her with Bill. Ana, you could do SO much better. Don't end up like Barb.

This wasn't that intense. But it was still good. I wasn't on the edge of my seat for this.

I could really see how that hurt Barb to tell Pam the truth, and Margene is all smiles. I keep riding the fence with Barb, I want to agree with her, but then I can't. She went into this she wasn't forced.

Sarah, I feel for her. She's trying to do what's right but she doesn't want to lose her family. I hope she tries to save Teeny.

What's up with Wanda? She planning something. The way she snapped at Kathy something was wrong and that bed scene was errie.

I think Alby is one of the best characters on this show! He's like a a freaking genius or something. Atleast he gets his revenge on his dad.

May I start my first post with: HOW ARE WE GOING TO WAIT UNTIL SEASON THREE!

So much to take in--I'll watch it again at midnight. What's fascinating is that Barb feels so empowered by outing herself to Pam. So empowered that she lays it down to Bill--she's #1 and that's that. And Bill sweetening the deal by offering Barb a seat on the Weber Gaming board. I actually think Bill does respect Barb's judgement, and would value her at Weber, but the timing of his offer was cynical and crass.

Barb--don't know if I am happy for you or incredibly sad. I so wanted Sarah to get in her car go rescue Barb and they could drive off into the sunset and take Wayne with them.

Hubby commented on the pantry love scene that "One who makes love in pantry gets in jam"

So is Ben happy now with Barb that she claims polygamy?

Great show and can't wait to see what happens next year.
