The allegiance of those closest to Tony is tested; a case of mistaken identity has serious ramifications.

Damn Tony for bringing in the "cousins". Get your crews hands dirty, don't form out all of the big hits. Tony's paranoia does in his family once and for all.
Next Sunday can't come soon enough.

Sil! Please, don't die Silvio! One of my favorite characters!
Bobby: Couldn't care either way. I kind of enjoyed seeing Janice cry - always hated that stupid bitch. The way it happened was a bit shocking; in the train store? That was wonderful. David Chase knows how to off a guy every time!
What was that comment that Phil made in the beginning? "There's no scraps in my scrapbook." WOW! Sounded kind of like a Carmine statement, but wonderfully put. To me, he is the scrap that needs to be dumped with the asbestos.
The one thing I really disliked about this ep was the Melfi situation. I don't like how she ended it and I dont think it's the last we see of her. The way Elliot told everyone about her seeing T kind of makes me think one of them will say something to the wrong person and it just may get back to the wrong people. Am I alone in this?
Tony falling asleep at the end just kind of bugged me out. Not sure that he fell asleep, but I know I couldn't sleep in that situation. Maybe it just shows how much of a sociopath he really is. I did love when he pulled AJ out of bed and the X-Box just came tumbling. Oh, I love watching that little shit cry. Brings teers of joy to my eyes.
Anyway, as for the preview - I didn't pick much up. Can't wait til next week to see what DC has in store, but I hate to think it's the end...

SILVIO!!! Not my Silvio! He's not dead... and I think he's been talking to the FEDS. Just a hunch.

And NOOO!! Not Sil!!
More later...
ETA: Oh and AJ? Shut the fuck up and pack you idiot. I was soooo thrilled to see Tony finally smack his whiny ass around a little.

Don't really like the violent ending we're witnessing so far. So harsh.

What did Tony say to Janice out by the pool? (Something about Main St.?)

Wow... that was intense, to say the least. I enjoyed Melfi's passive-aggressive dumping of Tony. "I don't think I can help you. Therapeutically," indeed. And poor Sil; I'd have rather they shot Paulie, because I just loves me some Silvio.
Nice to see that we got to say goodbye to Artie and Charmaine.
Next week is far too far away.

I can’t believe that. My son pointed out that Junior through his gun under the bed Tony is in, after the shooting.
That didn't look like Junior's house at all - they showed his house from the outside before, it's much bigger and the interior is different.

It's really going to end! Oh Shit. I'm still reeling.

All in all a very tense episode, all this stuff about rats, wrong. I was glad to see Paulie back in his role as the Soprano enforcer, protecting Tony. I thought at first they were at Jun's old house, does anybody recognize where they went?

Or maybe it was "she had to go to the hospital."
In any case, that double-helping of hee is the only thing that got me through the ensuing bloodbath.

The line that struck me most was toward the beginning, when Sil was telling Tony about killing Burt. Sil said "We'll go all out. Maybe then Phil will know that we're serious."
It struck me as so pointless, as like a little kid standing up to a bully even though knowing that he's going to be brutally beaten, as if his staunchness and courage meant anything in light of the enemy's overwhelming power. The scene of Bobby's hit, with the trains going off the tracks, was very nicely done. (as nice as a murder can be)
Farewell Bobby, one of the show's only truly likeable characters.

And Phil had already decided to take over NJ and kill Tony before the Italian cousins hit the Ukrainian, so they were independent events.
