Another game to help us through the hiatus.

The game is very similiar to this game in the Farscape forum. I want to thank iamausername for the idea!

Rules:

• Vote your three least favourite episodes.
• I'll tally up the votes after an okay amount has voted, the episode with the most will be eliminated (with tiebreaker rounds as needed), and a new round will begin.
• This will carry on (with changes to the number of votes as we get down to fewer episodes) until only one remains.
• I'll post a list of all episodes here and edit to debold eliminated episodes to make it easy to keep track of what's been eliminated.

I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding the game.....but is this different then the Survival game we got going on?

Yes, I would say so.

You choose your three least favorite episodes, and post them here. So there's no ++'s or --'s. And at the end of each round, I count the episodes' "points" (i.e. how many times they have been listed in someone's list) and the one with the most "points", is eliminated. Then a new round, you post your three least favorite episdes again etc. Check out the Farscape thread I linked to in the first post and look at how they play it.

Just a quick note:

is this different then the Survival game we got going on?

I think it’s fairly common for a show to have two survival/elimination games about different topics going on simultaneously. For instance, Lost is currently doing both episodes and significant moments, and Veronica Mars is currently doing both plot points and songs.

It will be interesting to see how the results of this game differ from the results of the survival game episode round. The non-cumulative nature of this should make it harder for one or two folks to keep a favorite alive.
