I'm a little worried - there were no advertisements on this episode of JDMA. Is the show going to go broke before I know the answer to the burning question of whether the JDMA will be a success? (I know the answer is actually no but I've kind of psyched myself up because I do love Janice's crazy ass so much.)

And did I see man bush when that pasty, hairy assed guy stripped naked at the open call?

Fargo was ugly. I love how Janice kept screaming "I don't get it" right in front of her. I wish Peter would shut the hell up. Although he did a great job finding that other girl. She was gorgeous. Hmmm... you're right there were no adds. Wassup wit dat?

And that young model that Peter found with her family? I was shocked at how good her photos were -- she really rocked it, especially in the photo with the long black coat. And this was after thinking that they had a boatload of hot male models, but no female ones that really stood out.

Fargo looked like a crack whore. Her fried hair and "result-of-years-of-smoking-and-tanning" complexion would have looked bad even on a girl with attractive features. Her foobs were the only thing Hammy (That's my new nickname for Peter Pork.)was concerned about.

I don't see the potential in the "New Kate Moss" girl -- she has a horse face. But what do I know??

I'm certain that it is Michelle, and she did say Michelle. (I have TiVo). Yay, exciting! Although I thought she was with a different agency.

Sarah reminds me of Hilary Swank and Denise Richards. I hate Fargo's hair, and her face isn't really very pretty either.

Philyra, I noticed that! Don't be ashamed if you watched Manhunt, because I was bummed when it was cancelled. Though the production was cheap and the show seemed to have trouble flowing well, that show put America's Next Top Model to shame in the drama department. That said, hopefully we'll see more of John on JDMA. Janice seemed to have really taken a liking to him. Here's hoping she signs him!

ITA. There was nothing remotely new or fresh or interesting about her. Go any mall or nightclub or beach in the country and you'll see a bazillion Fargos. She has balls though. None of JD's put downs seemed to faze her in the least. But I'm actually on Peters side. TJDMA is a business. It has bills to pay and dues to pay. It will pay the former by farming the likes of Fargo out to companies who are all about the one dimensional T&A that Fargo brings to the table. Going after the artistic modeling aesthetic of French Vogue is all fine and dandy and when they come calling, you can tell the folks over at Coors to kiss your ass. But until that day comes, they are willing to pay your bills, so don't knock it.

TheyPop, that makes perfect sense to me. Especially since we all now know that the first paying gig that came into the modeling agency wasn't French Vogue in the least!

Though it's obvious that Fargo isn't French Vogue, she's definitely a Coors girl, which means she can bring in some money. Being that she's already on Maxim online, they made a good choice in signing her (at least for now, until Janice gets to the status she wants to be, if that ever happens).

I'm thinking it's not an actual agency at this point either. Quick google search and when you get the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency, you get a page talking about open calls from 2005. And lots and lots of bad reviews. That's pretty much it. I tried all sorts of variables of the name and nothing comes up. When you hit JD Models you get a modeling agency that does trade shows and conventions and started a couple of years ago.

I too noticed the how many less commercials there were. I certainly enjoyed it, but it could be pretty telling on how well this show is doing.

I can't stand Hammy(tm TheyPop Thanks!)but I think he was absolutely right on both counts. Fargo looks like a well ridden pole dancer, but she would totally bring in bucks for a certain type of magazine, and I dont think a brand new agency with absolutely no business can afford to be that be that picky. It's not like she'll be doing porn. Well at least not doing porn this month.

And Sarah is really, really pretty. So even though he totally sucks as a person, and even though I feel one hundred percent that he picked Fargo partially because he very much wanted to get him some.

I just, I don't know, I find the show less than engaging. Possibly it's the half hour format and all the intros and recaps of what just happened 5 minutes ago. I'll still keep watching it, but it's not nearly as good as it could be.

OK did anyone else get an icky vibe when Peter walked up to Sarah and her family and said "I'd like to take a few pictures of you?" I figured that part about her just happening to be there had to be totally staged because, there is no way her dad would have let a strange man come up to his daughter say she has an interesting look and wants to take pictures of her without some kind of protest happening.

ETA: Sarah does look like a younger toothier Denise Richards.

Fargo's just vile. I get that JD has bills to pay, and I'm fine with her hiring Fargo to er... fill out a certain segment of the modeling agency, but I can still hate Hammy for thinking she's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

She was probably the second most "enhanced" person on that set, after Janice herself. But Fargo looks like a stick figure with two beach balls grafted onto her chest. I think that what Janice hates the most, apart from the slutty vibe she gives off (it's not even sexy or sultry, IMO) is that she represents the blond, buxom ideal-- the Scandos she mentions in the interview on the show's site-- that is all-pervasive in Western media.

OK, I think this show is making me totally shallow. Do you remember the girl who said that when ever she would blow out her birthday candles she would wish to be a model? Did anyone else think her face was way too - I don't know- chinny? Is that a word? Like she looked like a female version of Jay Leno only with a pointier face? I thought to myself that she should be wishing for a better face. And then I felt bad. But then I thought Janice would have said much worse about the girl to her face. So then I felt ok again.

Oh, and what was with the girl who couldn't walk in her heels? I loved Janice's "I've been wearing heels for 900 years and I can still walk in them." Good GOD I love Janice Dickinson. I never thought crazy could be so much freaking fun.

I thought the same thing! When he started telling her how he went to bat for her etc. I was just waiting for him to ask for a quick BJ in exchange. Ew!

Fargo is obviously not high fashion material but she will pull in revenue from men magazines. Also, her composure while Janice was telling her she just didn't get it and that she was not what she was looking for was commendable. Seriously, Fargo did not bat an eye or get bitchy or even cry. I've got to hand it to her, she handled that really well.
