Make the rules for your DVD watching marathons and when you need to escape from a world with so much uncertainty about the future of your favorite show.
I'll start:
-Drink every time someone says... "he's very good", "no touching!", or "good grief"
-Every time someone does a chicken dance or the Lucille wink
-Whenever someone is "taught a lesson"
-Whenever Oscar alludes to being Buster's father or Buster's hand being bitten off is foreshadowed
-Whenever a Bluth/Funke drinks
-Whenever GOB corrects someone regarding a trick vs. an illusion
-And you may down an entire bottle if the future of show is revealed.

Her?
Come on!
"Footage not found"
I've made a huge mistake
Steve Holt!
Tobias makes a self-incriminating remark
More obscure:
Someone mentions hop-ons
Michael and GOB get in a fight
George Sr. eats an ice cream sandwich
Someone leaves out a definite/indefinite article (army, banner, etc.)
I seem to remember making some suggestions along these lines in another thread (someone was having a party for the final four episodes). I'll see if I can't dig that up as well.
Ah, found it quickly (that was a freebie!)... it was in the meet market thread, starting here:
http://forums.televi...dpost&p=4492973
and here were the suggestions:
Take a drink when....
someone says "I've made a huge mistake"
when someone says "No touching"
Buster has a panic attack
Tobias is shown in cut offs
Gob's name is mis pronounced
anytime Gob says illusion or does a magic trick
Tobias makes a self incriminating gay reference
- someone says "her?" (including the narrator)
- Oscar is mistaken for George Sr.
- Buster's stump is blurred out
- Anyone does their chicken dance
- The stair car has hop-ons
- George Sr. eats an ice cream sandwich
- "Big Yellow Joint" plays in the background
- Steve Holt yells "Steve Holt!"
More music ideas:
- "Whatcha tryin to say to me" porny music plays
- Soap opera-ish music plays
Also,
- Narrator editorializes (if it refers to Opie, Richie Cunningham or Ron Howard, chug!)
More drinking game ideas!
-Any time they do a close up of a doll or a puppet.
-Wenever Gob says "Come on" and take two shots if someone else says it.
And another music one, take a shot every time the "Final Countdown" plays.

-Whenever a Bluth/Funke drinks
Some friends and I tried this once with Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf -- matching Elizabeth Taylor drink for drink. Not pretty. I'd imagine it would be the same way with Lucille.

I think, if you want to get drunk, either "...huge mistake" or Tobias gay innuendo would be your best bet. Variation for "...tiny huge mistake"?

-Take two drinks every time you stumble across a possible aborted storyline for Tobias (his African heritage, fireplace dwelling, etc.)
-Chug the whole bottle when you see something unfunny (not applicable to Martin Short appearances).

Take a drink every time there's a foreshadowing/mention of Buster's severed hand.
Take a drink every time there's a Wizard of Oz/Oz reference/mixup.

Why, a juice box, of course.

Drink Virgin Marys?
If that doesn't work for you, go for a virgin Pina Colada!

(Of course, this opens up all those tricky gray areas of "Is a deliberate, carefully-worded deception a lie? Is self-delusion or denial a lie?" No easy answers here.)
