Simple enough. I saw this over on the Supernatural board and figured it could easily transfer over to the magical world of Gilmore. Ask a question, give two choices, the replier picks one and then adds their own question.

So I'll start off with a pretty basic one. (The lesser of two evils.)

Would you rather:

see Tristan return to the show?

or

see Digger return to the show?

OMG. Emily by far. With Taylor, I'd be afraid of molestation and/or bad breath. I could at least talk to Emily.

No contest! I find CatKirk far less aggravating, and, besides, I can handle seeing CatKirk without a shirt while when we're subjected to shots of the REAL Kirk's chest....*shudder*

Would you rather have to spend an entire weekend:

Out with the extraordinarily rude, arrogant, perma-drunk and thoughtless Logan, Colin and Finn

or

Out with the ultra-obnoxious, loud and grating TJ?

(Unfortunately, choosing 'none of the above' is not an option!)

Richard. I'm a sucker for his bowties. Besides, even at his worse, he seems like a more decent man than Floyd.

Watch a spin-off featuring Michel and other amusing staff from the Inn

Go for a year with no way to watch GG. At least after the year is up, I can buy the good season in a boxset or something. A year with a bare-bones version of my beloved show would probably have me abandoing it in disgust.

Attend a Life and Death Brigade event. There would be good food, booze and a chance to seriously injure some rich toff who may or may not deserve it.

Mrs. Kim. Her beliefs and attitudes are based on deep religious convictions which she tried to live up to herself as well as impart to her child. Emily's views appear based on a sense of personal superiority. Also, Mrs. Kim has shown herself willing to try to understand and assist her daughter in her life choices not constantly berate her real and perceived failings.

Assuming this is Season 2 or 3 and you are a single woman on the Connecticut dating scene. Who was your worst date:

Wow. Both dates would be horrid enough to compel me to enter a convent (despite being Jewish, that is!), but I guess Rune would be even worse. As someone noted above, TJ is at least not ill-intentioned, while Rune is just an odious, horribly rude little loser.

Would you rather:

See Luke and Lorelai get married and live happily ever after

or

See Rory return to her likable, relatable and even admirable S1-S2 self

(I'm sure I'm the only person here who'd pick option B. I like L/L, but feel the show went irrevocably downhill when they assassinated Rory's character and would love to see her return to the Rory I used to know and love)

After that scene in the kitchen when Jess brings Rory some food from Luke, I've always thought that Paris and Jess would be an interesting couple!

Definitely Rory marry Kirk. As nuts as Kirk is, at least he's well intentioned and he'd always be interesting. Taylor and Lorelai...I'd probably go blind just at the thought.

Watch a season of Luke dating Mrs. Kim (You know Mr. Kim doesn't really exist)

or

Watch a season of Rory dating Zach

Without a doubt, Luke dating Mrs. Kim. He has always liked strong-willed women - Lorelai, Rachel, Nicole, me - and I am sure there were others. Also as business people they would have something in common to discuss on those first few awkward dates.

If you were to hire your own personal chef (and I do mean just for chef -ing purposes), who would you choose -

Sookie

Have Gilmore Girls go on forever and stay good. Probably because I'm a teenage cross-country runner and don't have to worry about what I eat... yet.

Please don't hate me, but Anna and Luke. Because we've seen Lorelai kiss Pisstopher (and a bunch of other guys---Max, Jason, Alex) enough, but we've never seen Luke kiss anyone besides Lorelai.

Would you rather:

Watch a Luke spin-off where he tries to be a single father to April while trying to work things out (off screen probably) with Lorelai

or

Watch a Christopher spin-off where he tries to be a single father to Gigi (and maybe Rory too) while also trying to get into Lorelai's pants

I'd pick the Luke spin-off in a second. I can't imagine watching even 10 seconds of the perma-smirking, perpetually idiotic Christopher unless I absolutely had to. Even now, I fast forward through the majority of his scenes.

Would you rather:

Hang out with Lorelai after she's gone 72 hours stuck in a room with Emily AND without caffeine

or

Hang out with Paris after she's just found out she's failed a test and that Doyle has started dating someone he considers a better lover AND reporter

I'd imagine that both would be more than a little cranky and hard to bear!

But what would a genuinely nice guy be doing with a passive-aggressive cipher like Rory?! I definitely opt for her being single. That girl has A LOT to figure out about herself and about how to treat people before she's ready for yet another relationship.

Logan, definitely. I was never really sure that the girl Glen was going back to at the end of Season 4 truly was older than twelve.
Logan is witty, well read and you wouldn't have to worry about making sure to always order the cheapest items on the menu when you were out with him - as you might with other college guys. (That's still done isn't it? It's been decades.)

Lorelai is a contestant on a quiz show focussed on popular culture of the last few decades. She is allowed one lifeline contact to assist her. The rules of the show insist the lifeline be male.

Who would she choose:

or
Max
