I haven't formed my opinion on Nicole yet. She has this young and naive thing going on, and I'll have to see how it translates to the TV before I make up my mind. She probaby won't be my favorite, but I'm not hating her either.

i think she'll do well. She has one of those faces which is quite plain on it's on but you could probably do lots with (in regards makeup etc.) and would therefore suit many different looks. Unlike say, Coryn

It's ironic that her favorite show is Gilmore Girls. She kind of looks like Alexis Bledel, who plays Rory on the show.

But I'm not hatin' on Nicole. I think she's really pretty. I have a feeling that they're going to chop off all her hair on the makeover show, which might be a disaster.

Edit: Eep - Upon watching her video, I take back the Rory claim. Also, that dancing was so not fierce.

I find her dance totally annoying, but she is my favorite because she is the only one who actually does look like the girls in the glossies. If they don't screw up her hair I think she has a terrific chance. Although I kind of hope she doesn't win so she can go and have some Elyse-like success.

Um...I never would have noticed her if I had just looked at the individual headshots. It actually took me a while to notice her in the group photo but once I did...I did. I'm still not even sure it's her but the chick I think is her could be a sleeper (and for her own sake, hopefully not in the other Nicole kind of way)- that photo looks like it came out of a magazine- she looks fresh and beautiful and so casually beautiful...just sitting there.
And then I saw the video and I would pass her on the street, not noticing her.

She actually looks SO different in all three things...that might be an asset. Even in the video she morphed from cute to damn near fugly.

Every time I read something about Nicole I have to think to myself, "Who?" I don't know if it's because there have been too many Nicoles on this show at this point or that she's just so damn unmemorable to me, but I am seriously having a hard time remembering who she is. And (once I can identify her, that is) I actually think she's one of the better girls this time around. Weird.

I can't pin down this girl's look. She's Alexis Bledel in her portrait, whatever in her video, and then ethereal Kim Smith/Liv Tyler in the pyramid group shot. In the latter photo, she's the best-looking one, and also the only one who is successfully pulling off "model" by refraining from the too-obvious awkward posing.

Also, another intelligent-sounding (but not Fucking Yaya-ish: witness ridiculous dancing) girl. Looks like we're moving on from the lovable illiterates last cycle.
