This article http://www.servicema...Live.16840.html concerns the question, which special accommodations have to be made so that an apartment will be handicap-accessible and suitable for House’s special needs as a disabled person.

KJ: The notion that I had at the end of Season 5...
KJ: I didn't do it to be risky. I was following the character and it turned out to have a huge audience.
Gaaaarrrrr - shut up already!!! She is one aspect of the show's departure that I not only will not miss, but I will positively be dancing a jig in hopes of never reading about her again.
KJ: I wanted to tell that story, and I think it needed to be told.

I did enjoy that interview though - it was nice that they were able to include Ann Dudek & Kal Penn in it, but it just emphasized some of the really stupid decisions Shacobs made over the years, not just getting rid of Cameron, but killing off Amber, & the whole booting of the original Cottages for the Numbers in s4.

If it was necessary for the sake of realism to get rid of the team after three years, why was Chase rehired? He was one of House's fellows for at least five or six years. Taub, too, was a fellow for much longer than three years.
Hiring Olivia Wilde and Odette Annable and killing off Anne Dudek says a lot about DS's judgement about actresses. He hires for a partiular look rather than a performance.
Jennifer Morrison got fired & still managed to maintain a professional relationship, and yet something so dire happened that Lisa won't even talk to TV Guide about her time on the show? The whole thing is just really bizarre.
It's strange because objectively Lisa Edelstein seems to have been treated rather better than Jennifer Morrison. JM's part was whittled down to nothing, and finally she was fired because the writers lacked the imagination to see her character as anything more than a romantic appendage to Chase. LE's character, in contrast, received a huge amount of publicity and promotion and became the de facto co-star. She was never fired, merely asked to take the same reduction in wages and salaries that everyone else was taking. I don't know the circumstances, since no one is talking, but refusing outright to talk about her time on the show makes LE look ungracious. I wonder if Katie Jacobs is still her best friend now?
