Is it bad that I hope he gets shot in the leg so there is a scene where they have to remove his pants -- like rip them totally off in a very professional and hot EMT sort of way -- so we can see Hot Pantsless Green?
I vow to hate his temporary replacement. I don't care if I end up liking him. I'll stay true to my man. And if Tricky Dick pulls a fast one and decides to kill off Green, I'll, well, I don't know what I'll do. It might involve wine, a chocolate cake, and lots of tears.
Does anyone know when this all goes down? I'm assuming it's soon.

Someone over in the SVU spoiler thread mentioned an InsideTv article that said there would be an SVU/mothership crossover for an episode called Flaw.
Okay, guess my spoiler source was wrong.
Flaw should be the second episode of season 16. I am not sure that it's a crossover with anyone.

But while the suspect's savvy lawyers plan a "post-partum psychosis" defense, A.D.A.s McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Borgia (Annie Parisse) have reason to believe that someone else was involved in the "sale" of the child, as well as the murder. McCoy soon realizes the list is a roster of witnesses called in the trial of a multiple-murderer he prosecuted five years ago. Does anyone know which "multiple-murderer he prosecuted five years ago" they're talking about? Or is this something the writers pulled out of their, er, "happened offscreen"?
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that it happened off screen. Five years ago would be season 11 and the only multiple murder case in that season was "School Daze" where Jaime Ross returned to defend the student who shot up the school.
Season 10 had two multiples- "Gunshow" and "Fools for Love"
None of the three seem likely candidates.
I'm still looking forward to it though. I'd like them to bring back the little girl from "Killerz" all grown up and still a psychopath.

But yeah, I vote it's an offscreen killer.

I hear that. It will be good to see Paul again, though I doubt any dramatic tension will come of it given the show's current sad state. Still, as a fan of old school L&O, I can't wait.
Actually, a couple of episodes look good for this sweeps period.

The preview tonight for next week's episode said the killer was busted nine years ago, not five. Did I hear this wrong? This would've been '96, which means McCoy's second or third season on the series. Did they show the killer in the preview, or does anyone have cast information?

I believe that they did show the killer, and he looked familiar to me but all the law and order actors look familiar to me now so I really don't know.

"Choice Of Evils"
DID SOCCER MOM SHOOT DANGEROUS TEENAGED SON TO PROTECT SOCIETY? -- After a teenaged runaway is found shot in the chest, Detectives Fontana (Dennis Farina) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) begin to suspect his upstate "soccer mom," who admits she killed her vicious son out of fear that he would follow his criminal father's footsteps. As McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Borgia (Annie Parisse) charge her with second-degree murder, the defendant's attorney claims that her client did society a favor by ending his life prematurely -- and new video evidence might sway a jury. S. Epatha Merkerson and Fred Dalton Thompson also star.
Isn't this exactly the same plot for an episode that came on during the Rohm years? I had to read the episode description again to make sure it wasn't a rerun.
