I'm not one to lust after TV actors, but this guy? Well, let me just wipe the drool off my keyboard before I confess that I think he's very, very, very attractive. Very.

In case anyone missed it, there was an interview with James Denton over at the TV Guide site yesterday. I think that this link should take you to it:
TV Guide
The interview is a bit spoilery, so beware.

Oh man. He is HOT.
I'm curious about Mike Delfino and I want to see him get with Terri Hatcher's character.
I can't wait to see who he's ends up in bed with.

I'm with you there. But every time I see him, I always ask, "How did he get his thumb back?"He may be the hot plumber to you guys, but he will always be Mr. Lyle to me. All my Pretender refugees can attest to this.
But man, with those biceps and that tatoo. Damn, this guy is hot.

The tattoo on his arm? It's dedicated to his father.

Aw! As if I needed more of a reason to like him.

Absolutely, Slyph. I think he looks better than ever especially with two thumbs. He may be the hot plumber to you guys, but he will always be Mr. Lyle to me. All my Pretender refugees can attest to this.
My guess is that he is working as a private investigator because if he was working for the government, he would have made that phone call on a cell phone seeing as our government agents are well funded. But he's secretly working for the CIA or something, so he probably makes some outside income.

He seems to be having a great time with the character, and I look forward to seeing how he and the writers keep the character fresh.

Thank you, Titus, that's probably the best news I've had all weekend.

I will admit to actually watching several episodes of Threat Matrix just because of him.
As did I, but my major crush on him started when he was playing the part of Judge Ripley in the short lived "Philly".

I am definitely looking forward to Hot!Shirtless!Outdoors!Mike next week. I thought it was funny in the preview when he acted taken aback by Susan asking him on a date. Has he really not figured out that all of the single women in the neighborhood are after him?

He must be a pretty successful plumber to be able to afford to rent a house on that street....maybe I chose the wrong career!
Plumbers actually make a lot of money.
Also: I'm relieved that we haven't hit a single "plumber's crack" joke yet in this thread.

Oh, I dunno, I wouldn't mind seeing...alright, alright, I won't go there.

So, I'm conflicted. I don't buy that story. At all.

I think it's the scruff, the leather jacket, and the slightly bemused look on his face that gets me.
Yep, that's it. I didn't watch The Pretender or any other shows you folks talk about, so this is my first dose of this guy. YUM.ME.
'Bongo is my dead wife's dog'… (snip) I don't buy that story. At all.
Me neither. I think he was toying with Teri.

Maybe he's a DEA agent and Mary Alice's husband was into drugs?
Not spoiler! Just a thought.

My take: If Bongo was the dead wife's dog, and Bongo is feeling threatened by Susan, that might mean the Bongo is afraid that DeadWife and Bongo might someday be replaced by Susan. So Susan has a chance after all!
That was my thought too. But then we have to believe what Mike's saying...and I'm not sure if I'm ready to do that.
