From Parenting magazine's February 2004 issue:

Laughing matters - check out www.televisionwithoutpity.com for laugh-out-loud commentary on current TV shows (don't miss the reality show blow-by-blows!).

Miss Alli has an article in this week's TV Guide (registration required, but it's also in the print version - the one with the Survivor cover). Three pages all to herself!

Alex Richmond, has a column that appears on Monday and Wednesday in The Trentonian and I just read this one today about Madonna supporting Clark (appeared on Monday). Today's column features a common addiction.

Hysterical! Makes me wish I lived in the paper's circ. I'll just be reading online twice a week.

Yes, living in New Jersey has its benefits. For one, we get to see Alex's fetching picture that accompanies her column. Okay, that's the only benefit I can think of right now. Living in New Jersey has its benefit.

Look for my column on New Jersey pride, coming soon.

Seriously though, NJ is the punchline to jokes, but not a joke. I love it there. And thanks.

All kidding aside, I love it here, too, Alex. (I love it more when the temperature goes above 18F). And your columns are great. Male frontal nudity, Madonna scorn, coffee love, it's all good.

While we're on the subject, Alex Richmond, did you write an article for the holiday issue of "Philadelphia Style?" I was looking through it at work (yes, I realise that it's both an old issue and that Philadelphia doesn't actually have any style) and the name popped out at me.

TWoP is totally taking over my life.

TWOP is listed among The Best TV Sites On The Web at Yahoo ...

The same column/review is listed in the January 13th print issue of the National Enquirer. Ahem. *cough* Not that I read tabloids or anything. A... "friend" told me about it. Yeah, that's it!

Yeah, I've written a few things for Philly Style. That's the mag that existed before its target demo did. Philly has style, but an inferiority complex. The mag won't say anything critical about anyone, which is why it has a dubious rep. The owner of PS is the owner of Spain's Gifts, too. And thanks for noticing!

TWoP has been nominated as a lovemark.

Was it bad for me to go see TWoP as #3, and then vote "lose it" for #2 REMO General Store in the hopes that TWoP would go up to #2...

...and then we did?

Now we're only below Apple Computers. People love those apples.

I am writing to you on the heels of UPNís announcement to develop an Amish-based reality show. Have you heard about this?

They have got to be kidding. Thanks Alex, you said it better than any of us ever could.

Bra-freakin'-va, Alex. If only they would listen. Unfortunately, I think we're more likely to get "Fear Factor: The American Idol Reject Edition" or "When Amish Teens on Rumpspringa ATTACK!" Sigh.
