I remember there was a FOUR-people firing at season 4. It was damn brutal. They did an abysmal job anyway.

Tom AND Rodman should have both been fired in Episode 8-3. Maybe even an episode earlier, in Episode 8-2. Scott got shafted in Episode 8-2.

I didn't realize, btw, until after I voted and then read the first post in this thread, that I could vote for more than one person in that poll. So I only voted for Tom, and it seems I can't go back into the poll and also vote Rodman.

I really can not wait for Rodman to be fired. During Episode 8-4, I actually wished a little for the men's team to lose ONLY because I wanted Rodman to be gone already from my TV screen.
