So I wasn't two impressed with the parts of the first two episodes I saw. The funniest guy was not even a cast member I don't think - it was the guy from Best Week Ever, who played the very young looking father of the two sons. Most of the castmembers are kinda, hmm uncharismatic. I never really describe other sketch comedians like that, but I didn't notice until watching this show how I didn't feel really engaged with any of the characters or thought that anything they did was funny.
I'll give it more time.

That's too bad. I enjoy the "Hardly Working" videos on their website, but maybe the internet video humor doesn't translate well to tv.

The first episode was definitely weak. I think I liked the latest one the best. They found a way to combine the office scenes with the pop culture sketches effectively. Plus, lots of that Jake/Amir dynamic!

I liked "The Morning After" the best, closely followed by "Sarah's New Boyfriend."
I watched the TV show's episodes on MTV before watching the website videos, so I thought I was crazy for shipping Sarah and Patrick* when Jake's the one who sexually harasses her in "Armageddon". Then I saw some videos on the website where P/S are definitely a motif.
Some useless trivia:
Sam Reich's girlfriend, Elaine Carroll, plays Samantha (the "fatter Benicio Del Toro") in "Hot Girl."
The redhaired actress who plays Dan's girlfriend in "Hot Girl" is one of the interns in "Interns."
Streeter's real-life sister plays an intern in "Interns."
Sarah's boyfriend in real life, Adam Frucci, plays the bartender in "The Morning After."
Streeter's puppy makes a cameo in "Hot Girl."
They used Amir's real Facebook page in "Hot Girl."
*Their little high five and the fact that she didn't hang up on him when he called her a crazy bitch put me in their camp.
